Chapter 5

The next day, Rosé and Chanyeol came to pick Jennie to school. Rosé and Chanyeol had been going out for months already.

"Hey guys, thanks for picking me up" Jennie said

"Sure no problem" Rosé said

"Wanna have lunch together later?" Rosé asked

"Sorry but I have study meetings" Chanyeol said

"Again? You have been having meetings for the past few weeks" Rosé complained

"Sorry" Chanyeol said

Rosé did not reply. The atmosphere in the car went completely quiet. Jennie was feeling a little awkward but finally they arrived at school. Three of them came out from the car and Rosé and Chanyeol walked away immediately. Jennie was left alone and she mumbled:

"Stupid friends"

She took out her phone and called Minho:

"Hey come to the parking lot in 3 minutes"
"Yes bring Jungkook too"

After the phone call, Jennie stood there fidgeting with her phone. After a while, Minho and Jungkook came running to Jennie's place. As soon as they see Jennie, both of them started bursting out laughing.

"Oh my god you look so stupid, what in the world happened" Jungkook said

Minho was already taking out his phone to take pictures.

"Hey delete those pictures now!" Jennie shouted

Jennie told them the whole story. After hearing the whole story, Minho said:

"Wow it's pathetic and romantic at the same time"

"Shut up" Jennie grumbled

"So why are we here?" Jungkook asked

"Cause I want you to walked me to class so I don't look like a lonely and pathetic loser" Jennie said

Both of them stood by Jennie's side and walked her to class, along the way, she received a lot of glance from the students. One of them was taking out his phone to take a picture when Minho shouted:

"Hey! What do you think you're doing!"

They made him delete the picture and Jennie mumbled:

"Why don't you delete the pictures in you phone"

Minho gave Jennie a teasing smile and high 5 with Jungkook.

They were walking by the hallway when Jennie saw a crowd in front of the lockers.

"I'll go see" Jungkook said

He walked over and came back looking worried and he said:

"It's Will and his gang, they're messing with Jisoo"

Jennie frowned and walked over nearer, she stood beside and saw that Jisoo was surrounded by Will and his gang. Will took a step forwards and said:

"Who says you're allowed to go out on a date with others?"

"Please leave me alone" Jisoo said

"Are you trying to make me angry, cause I'm really mad right now!"
