EMT: Ma'am, please stay calm!!! We're going to do what we can to save this baby!!! More blankets please!!!!
Lai: Breathe Baby!!!!
Maria: [takes slow deep breaths]
Ambulance Driver: We're here!!!!
EMT's: Let's Goooo!!! [Rushing Maria Out Of The Ambulance]
Lai: [rushing in with them] Hang in there baby!!!
Chris: [rushing in behind them]
Nurse: What's going on here?!!!
EMT #1: She's pregnant and bleeding badly from the vaginal area!!!!
Nurse: Oh my Godddd, we have to get her to the back now!!!
EMT's: [rushes her to the back]
Nurse #2: Please, wait out here. We'll keep you updated!!! [rushing to the back]
Chris: Damnnnnn mannnnn!!!
Lai: [crying] I hope her and the baby make it!!!! [running into his arms]
Chris: They will pull through baby!!!! [comforting her]
[a few moment later]
The Doctor: [slowly walks out]
Lai: How are my babies?!
Chris: Yeah Doc, how are they?
The Doctor: [sadly says] We had to perform an emergency surgery due to her losing a great amount of blood, but she will make it. However, the baby....unfortunately did not make it. We tried. I'm So Sorry.
Chris: [sadly says] Okay, thanks for the update.
The Doctor: No problem. [slowly walking away]
Lai: Oh My Godddd!!! [sobbing]
Chris: [with tears running down his face] I know baby. [comforting her]
Two Days Later
Chris: [slowly opening his eyes] Baby? How are you feeling.?[gently shaking Lai] Baby, she's awake.
Maria: [starts crying] Where's my baby?
Lai: I'm so sorry babe. [holding her]
Chris: [sadly says] The baby didn't make it. [gently rubbing her back]
Maria: It's not fair!!! [crying uncontrollably]
Lai: I know baby. [kissing her forehead]
Chris: We're here for you babe. We're going to help you get through this. I hope this doesn't piss you off, but maybe it just wasn't meant for you to have that nigga Tory's baby.
Maria: [taking a deep breath] You're probably right.
Lai: Yeah baby. Things happen for a reason.
Maria: [sniffling] Yeah. [nodding her head] I'll have a little one someday.
Lai: Yes you will. Chris, you better get to work. [laughing]
Chris: Trust me, I will.
Maria: Nah baby. There's no rush. We can at least wait until little man becomes a toddler. [rubbing Lai's belly]
