The next day, Aeon's wings Cafe, PoV (Jaycee)
Kurt has been here in the cafe, since 5 am in the morning! Man! He is so determined to Master my invention. As I can see, he is improving... A bit. He still has a bad aim with the Splatterscope and still can't find his balance when firing in Splattling gun mode, but he is a natural at Blaster and Splattershot Jr modes.Then Neo called me, that the rest of the team showed up.
Neo: Kuya! Ate Cember and Kuya Kent are here!
Jaycee: Coming!
Cember: Morning Jaycee! (She gave her signature smile, but Kent just wave, with a hint of his smile) Where's Kurt?
Jaycee: Morning, Cember and Kent! Kurt is at the back practicing.
Cember: Wow! What time did he came by?
Jaycee: 5 am in morning and I'm a bit drowsy from his wake up call. (He said it with irritation) Come on let's go at back, I want to reveal something that I've been hiding from the both of you...
Kent & Cember: (???)(The looked at each other with confusion)
Behind the cafe, PoV (Cember)
So me and Kent followed Jaycee through the kitchen door, we've been inside in Jaycee's house before it's a medium size but modest... We past another door which leads to the dining room and finally reached to the back of Cafe.
Jaycee: Hoy, Kurt! Look who finally showed up? (Kent and Cember waved)
Cember: (She noticed the M.S.G at Kurt's Right arm.) What is that on Kurt's arm!!! ( She ran towards to Kurt and gazed on the M.S.G.) I've never seen this before. Kent check this out! (Kent checked it and was also amazed) Who made this? Did Sheldon made this?
Kurt: Um... No... He did( He pointed at Jaycee)
Cember: WHAT?! (OwO) YOU MADE THIS THING?
Jaycee: Yes, I did!
Cember: WHOA!! HOW DID YOU MADE IT? DID SHELDON HELP YOU? WHEN CAN I HAVE MY OWN SPECIAL WEAPON, LIKE KURT?
Jaycee: WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! Settle down Cember!... I'll Explain everything.
One explanation later, PoV (Cember)
I can't believe our Leader has been hiding this for past 2 years!!! I felt betrayed and amazed at the same time to be honest. I didn't know he has a secret work shop at the first place! Is there any more that I don't know about Jaycee? Ugh... I hate it when people hide their secrets from me!...
Cember: So what your telling me is... You've been working on that invention of yours for the past 2 months and you gave it to Kurt?
Jaycee: Yep! And Sheldon has no contribution to this! (He seems pissed about Sheldon)
Cember: What's up with you and Sheldon anyways?
Jaycee: Alright! I'll tell you! 3... No 4 years ago, I used to be an apprentice to Sheldon and his works. I used to like him, he was the best Inventor in Inkopolis. He gave me tricks and trades to make weapons and Specials. When I tried to give my ideas to him, he kept rejecting them. I felt depressed that my ideas are always rejected. I was impatient, so I quitted and left him. He didn't even gave a dam about me. (Everyone was shocked Jaycee's tale)
Kurt: So that's why your good at detailing weapons.
Cember: But making one? This is a game changer for us! Kurt should use the... Whats it called?...
Jaycee: M.S.G?
Cember: Yes, that!
Jaycee: Are you kidding me? No!! I don't want any one seeing this, even Sheldon might see this!! No no no! I'm not taking it out!
Cember: Oh, Come on Jaycee!
Jaycee: NO! And that's final!!!
Cember: Hmph...
I can't believe Jaycee rejected the idea of using the M.S.G. to win our 2nd match! Speaking of 2nd of match his 3rd brother came and called us, that the results finally came out.
Jaycee: Alright! After these results, we'll be continuing our practice! (He and Kent went inside)
Cember: (Kurt was about to follow Jaycee, but she grabbed Kurt) Kurt... (Whisper) You know what I'm thinking?
Kurt: (!!!) Are you sure? I'm not really good at this, yet...
Cember: Come on, Kurt! It's for the team, think about?!
Kurt: (He hesitated about the plan) Alright... Here's the plan! Our next match will be tomorrow, right? (Cember nodded) Once we finished practice, I'm assuming that Jaycee will ask me to give the M.S.G. So I want you to pretend that you left your bag and ask me to get it, so that I could sneak into his garage.
Cember: So you want me to distract him? (Kurt nodded) Ok! Maybe he would lock the garage?
Kurt: Nah, I noticed he only locks it, when we leave the cafe.
Cember: That's settles it! We'll execute the plan once practice is done. (Jaycee appeared with Kent)
Jaycee: Where have you 2 been?! You missed the results!
Kurt: Sorry, Jaycee! Cember and I were talking about... our 2nd match!
Jaycee: (He raised an eyebrow in suspicion)... Any ways our 2nd match will be up against team Covert Squids, Kent's Old team. Their precision with their snipers can be deadly, especially with...Fernando... Let's practice in dodging those weapons and countering them.
One practice later, 5 pm in the afternoon, Pov(Kurt)
Jaycee: Alright, team! Let's pack it up, drinks on me! (Kurt gave the M.S.G. to Jaycee)(Jaycee went inside the workshop. He came out later and closed the door)
Cember: Yes!
Kurt: Cember?... (Cember nodded)
Cember:( Cember dropped her bag when Jaycee isn't looking) I want Mocha!
So we entered in the cafe and Jaycee started taking our orders. Obviously mine is 3 in 1 mix! I looked, while Jaycee was making our drinks. We nodded and started the plan.
Cember: Oh, man! I left my bag behind again. Kurt can you get my bag please?
Kurt: Um... Jaycee? Can I?...
Jaycee: Yeah, sure! I'm a bit busy with your orders.
I went at the back again, and found Cember's bag where she left it. I looked at the garage and Lucky me! The door isn't locked! I slowly lifted the garage door and right in front of me is the M.S.G. I quickly grabbed the weapon and placed it into Cember's bag. I quickly went back inside to see Jaycee finishing our orders.
Jaycee: Kurt! I was beginning wonder what took you so long?
Kurt: Sorry, It was a bit dark but I manage to find her bag. (Jaycee chuckled and proceeded to talk with Kent)
Cember: (Kurt sat next to Cember. Then she leaned in to whisper) Did you got it? (Kurt nodded)
