The bark of the tree scratches my palm as I take my last leap down the tree, and I hiss under my breath, clutching it to my chest. But I don't let that stop me. I can't get caught, so I continue on my journey to Nathan's house.

I rush down the street, my small book bag bouncing on my back. Quickly rapping on Nathan's door, my now bleeding hand still clutched to my chest, I wait patiently for someone to answer. Thankfully the door opens to a smiling Luke. That is, until he notices the blood beginning to stain my shirt.

"Shit, Sang!" He hastily pulls me inside and drags me over to the kitchen. He calls out for the boys and they all come rushing in. Everyone is here, all nine of them.

"What the hell?" North howls.

"Oh my God, pookie!" Sean shouts. "Nate, go grab your med kit." He rushes over to me and snatches the wash rag from the counter, wrapping my hand up tightly. I would comfort them by telling them I'm fine--it doesn't even hurt that bad--but I can't exactly do that without a voice.

All I can do is watch as Nathan runs in with his med kit and hands it to Sean--I mean, Dr. Green. He orders me to hop on to the kitchen counter and takes out the Peroxide, looking in my eyes. "This'll hurt, pookie." I just nod and brace myself, already pretty used to this kind of pain by now. I've had to endure it countless times at this point. What's a little sting, anyway?

And just as I expected, the pain is more than tolerable, no flinches necessary. "Okay, Sang. The cut is pretty deep, but not deep enough for stitches. You're just going to have to keep it wrapped up." I bob my head in understanding, already knowing what needs to be done. Like I said, I've done this countless times before for myself. I'm practically a pro at this point, and I knew the cut wouldn't need stitches, as I've had to administer them on myself multiple times, which isn't easy.

He wraps my hand up in a white gauze wrap, leaving my fingers free, and informs me I need to change it periodically, so he gives me more. Though I already have an endless supply at home. Good thing I'm ambidextrous, so it doesn't actually matter that I got cut on my right hand, though this will make my other daily tasks a problem. I sign him a thank you and turn to the rest of the guys who all have worried looks on their faces. I sigh and smile at them to alleviate their pointless worries.

"What happened, Sang?" Silas asks, ever the superhero.

I hold a finger up to him, signalling to wait a moment while I slide the straps of my small, gray backpack off my shoulders, set it on my lap, and unzip it. I take out my notebook and a pencil, zip my bag back up, and place it on the counter next to me. And I write, "No need to worry, guys. This wasn't a punishment. I just accidentally cut my palm on the tree outside my window when I was sneaking out. No big deal."

"Good," Meanie huffs. "I was about to blow a fucking fuse." I snicker at his strange way of endearment. It's just another thing that makes him so special and unique.

I hop off the counter and grab my bag filled with stuff--mostly just a spare change of clothes and my overnight necessities--because I'm spending the night and sneaking back home early in the morning. We'd decided this last night when I was texting all of them. And even though I was speaking to nine guys at once, it wasn't overwhelming or taxing. I actually enjoyed each conversation thoroughly and laughed each time they made a joke. So I was basically laughing every other second. I honestly don't know how Katherine didn't hear me from her room.

"Now, I already have all of our sleepover activities planned out. Though, some things are now going to have to be scratched off the list due to Sang's most recent injury. But it's no matter! We're still sure to have some fun! First up on the list, Never Have I Ever!" Gabe's announcement makes everyone groan, but I'm already almost bouncing on the balls of my feet. I've always wanted to play this game!
