A/N: this takes place right after Gabe and Victor leave for the store, before they were captured by Jade, and before Sang decided to disappear with her...

Corey just sent over a new lead, which is unfortunate in timing, considering Gabe and Victor just left about five minutes ago. But it wasn't hard to come to the decision to check it out without waiting for them. Sang is our number one priority right now--exactly like she has been from the moment we first met her. No Academy assignment could ever come before her, even if we knew of it before we did of her.

Sang's like the sun, and we all revolve around her, for we would dissolve into nothing without her. And in these three agonizing weeks without her, I've felt us slowly drifting further apart into an endless, empty space. Drifting further into nothing.

"Boys, over here. I think we've got something." I announce, and they all gather 'round immediately, every one of them as anxious as I am to find something on Sang's whereabouts.

Opening the file Corey sent to me (Thank God we have his help. I don't think we could've done any of this without him.), I see a bunch of links pop up. Opening the first, a record we haven't come across yet is discovered. This record just so happens to mention Jade's family. Apparently, her great uncle has just died and left his estate to her parents.

I recall a couple of days ago when we went to talk to her family, Sean and I, under the guise of concerned teachers. Apparently, she'd moved out with her brother months prior, and her parents hadn't received phone calls from her since.

But they had received notice that she hasn't been at school for nearly three weeks. Their son, though, Jay, had texted them that they he and Jade were going on vacation for a little while, as they've been in contact since they moved out. He said they'd be visiting family, though he didn't specify who.

And now, with this new lead, the pieces are slowly coming together. Maybe they've disappeared to their uncle's estate. That would be the perfect place, as it is hours away and in the middle of no where. And it did take much digging to find out.

"So, they must be at this new estate. Guys, I think we've found Sang's location." I allow myself a millimeter smile, the first in three weeks. The boys can't contain their excitement, either, as they shout with joy, though it doesn't last long when a sudden redline from Gabriel buzzes and chimes on all of our phones.

Our brothers are in trouble.

Without having to communicate, we all rush out of the house with haste, jumping into our vehicles to follow the tracker device on Gabe's phone. Sean is riding with me, as well as Kota, seeing is neither of their cars are here at Nathan's.

Stepping on the gas pedal to get there as soon as possible, whilst also trying to be as careful as possible to avoid any accidents, we all make our way to Gabe and Victor's location. Kota and Sean are trying to get ahold of them, to no avail. Something is really wrong; I can feel it.

"They're not answering, Owen! Why the hell aren't they answering?" Sean shouts, but I'm unable to answer as the GPS leads me down an old dirt road. What I see scares the shit out of me.

"What the fuck?!" Kota shouts, sounding so unlike himself.

Up ahead, I see Victor's car, practically hugging a tree. Smoke is rising from the vehicle, most likely ready to combust any moment. Just as I park near it, two other cars pull up behind me with the rest of the guys.

We all jump out and rush to Victor's ruined BMW, searching for our brothers amongst the damage. They're no where to be seen.

"Shit! Where the fuck are they?" North shouts.

"Gabe... Victor. They're gone," I hear Luke let out a broken whisper.

I pat his shoulder breifly before I walk closer to inspect it, and I'm suprised to find a note on the shattered windshield.

"Sang is mine," it reads.

No name is signed, not like usual. No, Volto knows that we know. Jade knows that we know.

I let out a low, fierce growl of anger, allowing my mask to slip completely when I bark the order, "Get back into your cars, boys. We're going to find our family."

Next chapter should be out soon. I figured since we're so close to the end and so much is happening at once, I shouldn't make you wait for each update.
Until next time...
