Be soft as a lamb,
But wise as a serpent.
Be kind on the inside
But be cautious outside.
Shhh! Shhh!
Be quiet and be still.
The sky is dimmed grey black.
Shhh!
Hear the roars and agonies?
Enemies may be just around and they may take you away.
Ahhh!
They're coming to take the lost ones,
Those who aren't armored with prayers.
Black-out!
Emptiness, free floating in space.
Lungs suffocating of smoke and heartbeat no more.
Then suddenly a ray of sunlight appeared,
Then it was cold and calming.
Through this maelstrom, God came.
"Do not be afraid."
My tears brimming and almost falling,
He hugged me.

The enemy may be always there waiting for us to fall into his trap without us knowing we already did. Have the armor of God by praying and knowing Him (reading His Word).
