Why do we hide our pain? And let our mouth loose?

When emotions burst up,

Reaching the pinnacle, the boiling heat,

Our mouth goes loose,

Fighting without any guns.

Blindly shooting in front with wordsBlunt, sharp as a razor,

Heart is in so much pain,

Pain replicating, rippling across,

Infects the circle, the whole sea,

Until all are puzzled and pinpoints.

Don't forget love and kindness.

Rest and detox, un-pain yourself.

When a heart is wretched, wrecked,

Make it go on a vacation,

Make it go to the sea,

Cry all its aches,

Express what is inside,

Cool the boiling point.

When emotions stabilize,

There's a calm sea, pastel skies about,

Our mouths in silence,

Using our minds more,

Sending "sorry"s and conceding,

Going into the cold dip instead.
