Forget You

• Day 100

It has been 4 days since I landed in Osaka. I've been staying in a cheap hotel and have been eating some cheap ramen to keep me going.

Don't get me wrong, I have money I just don't want to spend too much since I don't really know how long I would stay here.

"Excuse me, have you seen this girl?" I've been roaming around the streets of Osaka to see if Koeun is somewhere around the city.

The last 3 days were tiring, I've been searching for her in all the places she could be but to no avail.

Today, I'll be going to AIWIN. The school I assume she is in.

It's currently 10AM, I tried to listen to music as I rode the train when I notice someone looking at me. I glance up only to saw a short girl with long hair and fringes on her forehead. She had her hair on a ponytail so I can see her eyes directly.

She quickly break eye contact when she noticed I was looking at her and bowed. When I was in my station, I walked quickly and tried to talk to the student staring at me but I lost her.

I shrugged and didn't mind the girl. I tried checking my phone for a map on the school and followed it as I walked past by some university students.

When I was in the front gates of the school, I tried talking to some of the students but they wouldn't converse in English. I sighed in defeat and just stared at the campus, hoping that maybe Koeun is there somewhere.

"Need help?" Someone asked, I turned around and saw a tall girl with mid-length brown hair, and a gummy smile.

"Ah." I perked up when I heard her speak in English, "yes! I am actually looking for someone." I said, opening my phone and showing her a photo of Koeun.

"Oh." She said, her eyes widen as her expression says it all, she knew her.

My heart was beating fast as I waited for her to speak again.

"That's Eun Sensei, right?" She said, I furrowed my brows as she tried to zoom in the picture and smiled widely "yeah. It is Eun sensei! She looks so good with long hair."

"Is she there?" I asked, "can I go see her?"

"You won't see her until 4. Her class with us is 4-5. You can come sit-in if you like. It is an open class." She suggested, I nodded.

I looked at my watch and saw it's just 2PM.

"Want to grab lunch together?" She asked, I paused a minute and nodded. It is good to have someone to talk to.

She lead the way and we walked inside the campus, I tried my best to fit inside the university as the girl was busy smiling at some of the students.

"I'm Mina by the way. Myoui Mina." I suddenly felt awkward because of the name but I smiled and shake hands with her

"Mark Lee. But Mark is fine."

We both sat on one of the vacant seats in the cafeteria.

"So are you a freshmen?" She asked, I shook my head. "I'm actually a senior here now and we're just taking summer classes for extra credit."

As I was about to explain to her my reason, two girls suddenly shouted as they hugged Mina who was in front of me, I suddenly felt awkward and lost when they started talking in Japanese.

"Oh! Hello!" One of them said, they both sat beside Mina and smiled at me. "I am Momo!" The girl with bangs and harry potter glasses said as I gave her an awkward smile

"This is Mark." Mina said then talked in Japanese again, "Mark this is Momo and Sana. My bestfriends."

I nodded and introduce myself slowly. They then proceeded into talking amongst themselves.
