Blind

Why doesn't anyone see

They lie and say yes

Maybe not physically blind

Mentally blind in the dot they call eyes

I want to touch the cold calm stream

The stream is mine and I it's

You say you want to help

And that makes my day but...

Just like the stream, I am polluted

Dark thought invade every corner in my mind

I join a team of people just like me

Then it starts again deeper when I need a blood donor

I'm not insane, just scarred in the mind

And when I die I know it will be my cut veins

The doctors will wonder why they didn't see before

But that's because they couldn't see

Like everyone else they can see physically

But mentally they fall clueless to the most obvious

Now I know why everyone can't see

They are BLIND
