A/N: Hello!
I would just like to say that there is a reason why Allah asks His creation to avoid being in the same room with the opposite sex. In this chapter it is shown why this is wrong and dangerous. It's honestly for people's own good, and not irreasonable at all, for Allah wants the best for His people.

"What...?"

"I said: break up with Tyler."

"I...I can't...my parents...they won’t let me. A-and why should I?"

"Because... I've known Tyler for a very long time, and I know that he's not right for you."

He said the words so confidently, as if he was stating a fact. My mouth hangs open, lost for words. Could it be that Finley is upset that I am his best friend's fiancée? Could he possibly think that I may ruin Tyler’s life?

Then I remember. He’s right: I don’t love Tyler anyways, so why should I marry him? Even if my parents demand the marriage to take place, I can’t just go along and marry someone I hardly even like. Possibly Tyler doesn’t like me too and has sent his friend to break up for him.

"Has Tyler asked you to say this? Cause if he’s asked you to tell me for him instead then he really is a coward."

He studies the ground for a moment before replying, "No it’s not like that-"

"Hey guys," Tyler and Thomas greet us. Are you serious? Such bad timing! What was Finley about to say?

In the distance I see Lucy and Rebecca approaching us, waving. Three girls are with them, but I don’t know them well since I’m not really social, but they are friends with Lucy and Rebecca. They all join the conversation – ugh, there’s no chance of Finley continuing what he was about to say.

"I can’t believe that guy! I don’t care if he’s hot or not but how dare he just ignore you!" Lucy is saying to Rebecca, in the middle of a heated conversation.

"What happened?" Even though I ask this I know that it’s probably nothing, since they complain about everything.

"That Daniel guy! He is such a jerk! When I told him that I like him and that I would like to get to know him more he completely ignored me! He didn’t even look at me! Can you believe it? He just apologized and made an excuse and walked away. No wonder he’s never had a girlfriend despite his looks - he's so rude. Well at least I realized now how he really is." She flips her hair slightly as she says this. After Rebecca has finished rambling on, I try to calm her down.

"Rebecca the guy probably just isn’t interested. No need to be so angry."

"Yeah I’m sure you’ll find someone much better," Lucy encouraged. "I heard Max has a crush on you," she says while winking at her.
