It made me so happy when I thought of you
I got the idea to make something
I wasn't so sure how it would go
Or if it would work or fit
I just knew I just had to try
Because it made me so happy when I thought of you
When I went to your side to hand it to you
You smiled and wore it for the rest of the night
My eardrums heard smiles
And my toes felt laughter
I guess it worked well, after all
