After the dramatic loss of his tooth back in their finals match, you never saw the end of it and kept teasing Daichi more than any on the team did. It had been awhile since that incident, but you couldn't get enough of his expression everytime you make fun of him without of course offending him. Blushing, rubbing his neck, eyeing you to stop. It was precious. Daichi couldn't believe it though. One moment you were dying of concern for him then the next you were trying your best to make him smile every chance you get. It was a mixture of traumatizing hilarity. Yep, you really are Sawamura's girl for that. The captain of the crows knows you know your limits and it's never once your intention to hurt him. But it's becoming torture one of these days. Daichi's more than ready to be swallowed by the ground. "Sweetie? Let me check your gums if a tooth is growing," you excitedly told him one morning, meeting his eyes on the bathroom mirror as you both go about your personal hygiene. "Y/n, it's only been a few weeks, nothing's replacing it yet," he sighed. You poked him, he chuckled. You ended up tickling each other and you made Daichi laugh effortlessly again. The sight of his perfect teeth missing just one never cease to crack you up. "You know, I could win any volleyball match but I always lose to you," he held you close. You hugged him back, waiting for your laughing fit to die down. He kissed your shoulder. "I wonder why."
