"Do you have any idea what trouble you're going to enter Sadnah?" I automatically glanced at my cousin the moment we entered the car. Like her I was wearing a yellow dress because we're going to attend a business event that Mr. Evan Atello managed.
He invited my cousin that's why I am also here. Not to join the event but to meet my evil husband. I know he brought his lover in this event, thinking how sweet they are here in a public made my blood boil like a hot water.
"Looks like he is not a married man tonight." I said sarcastically while staring at my husband from afar.
"I heard you left your husband's house but because he is Val Atello he is able to cover up your leaving. Your family doesn't know about that news but if they knew about that they will start to hunt you." I took a glance at Mr Evan who is now beside me. He is talking to me while staring at my cousin downstairs. My cousin also has a business here so she accepted the invitation.
"You know Mr Evan, Tell this to your cousin. I'm going to find a man who is willing to marry a married woman. I'm going to find a man that is more powerful than him!" I told him with my chin held high. He laughed because of what I said and I did the same.
"Come on, don't tell me you're going to marry me? A side from my cousin I am the second powerful man in this event. Im already taken Sadnah and my darling is over there, actually Im here to stare at her. " he confessed and I laughed to myself.
"Except for you Mr. Evan. I already know your heart belongs to someone else. Im referring to that man. What is his status in life?"
"Come on, he is nothing. He came here uninvited. Don't tell you find that man attractive?" Evan said and that made me annoyed. How many times will I be embarrassed in front of this man?
"Come on, why didn't you just introduce me to your friends so that I don't find it hard to replace your cousin?"
"I don't have friends Sadnah. Like your husband I hate friends. I don't need connection." he said confidently.
Fuck! Truly he is the craziest motherfucker I ever met!

"Can you just go there, I dont want to talk to you!" naiinis na lumayo ako sa kaniya para panuorin uli ang asawa ko.
"If only you could help me with my plan I will help you too Sadnah. You know Val doesn't like your family and he is my big problem for me to marry your cousin. He hinders my long-held dream in life. If only you could make him love you, all the trouble between our family would be over!" I heard him.
"Tell me are you pregnant?" I automatically glanced at him the moment I heard his last question.
"What?!" I asked in shocked.
"Tell me if your pregnant then I will tell to my cousin not to divorce you. Im not sure if he cares about you but if you carry his child maybe he will let you live."
