I went outside and saw hundreds of fans outside the hospital. Security was holding them back but they were all saying how they were worried about you. They hope you're okay

Luke closed the journal and looked at the boy laying on the hospital bed. Luke hasn't gotten any sleep. He eats but barley. He'll have an apple or something small. His been wearing the same clothes since the car accident. He was getting annoyed by Michaels mom constantly sitting here.

"Why are you here?" Luke asked the quiet women.

"For my son of course" she said then looked back at the magazine

"Why? You've always treated him like shit" Luke said harshly. She stopped reading her magazine to look back up at the blonde haired boy

"What has he told you?" She asked while setting down the magazine and walking over to Luke and Michael

"Everything" Luke mumbled never taking his eyes off of Michael

"I never meant for it to go that far" she whispered and grabbed michaels hand

"Yea Bullshit" Luke said while scoffing and standing up. He couldn't stand the sight of someone who practically ruined his life.

"I'm going to get coffee" Luke mumbled then left.

He walked down a few halls before he got to the waiting room there was only about 4 people in the waiting room. Two were crying and the others were just patiently waiting. He went in the back corner where the coffee machine. He layed down on the couch next to the coffee. He was beyond tired.

Luke stirred in his sleep as he heard giggling. Why was he hearing giggling? Is he dreaming? He felt someone poke his face and decided to finally open his eyes. He saw a little 7 year old girl. She looked 7 and she was smiling and giggling

"Hi" she squeaked he sat up rubbing his eyes

"Hi" he said and she smiled and plopped down next to him.

"I'm Lily!" The small blonde hair girl said

"I'm Luke" he mumbled. He looked down at the girl. She was to chirpy for a hospital. He wondered why she was here

"I saw you smiling in your sleep. You had a dent in your cheek so I was poking it" she said.

Luke was dreaming about Michael. He smiled at the little girl.

"Yea I was dreaming about my boyfriend" he said and she suddenly looked confused

"Is he here?" She asked and he nodded sadly

"What happened Lukey?" Usually if someone else would come him that other than Michael he would cringe and hate it.

"He got into a car accident" Luke said while looking down. He hated the thought of how only a machine is keeping him alive right now. It scares him

"Awe I'm so sorry Lukey" she said with a sad expression.

"Why are you here?" Luke asked her

"Mommy said she found my brother in the bathroom. She brought us to the hospital and now she's crying. I don't understand why she's crying" she said sadly with her eyes getting watery. Luke felt bad for her and her mother

"Your momm--"

"Lily there you are!" A women said while rushing over to us. She stopped when she saw Luke sitting next to her

"I'm so sorry about my daugh--"

"It's no problem. I'm sorry about what you're going through" Luke said to the sad women and she nodded while grabbing lilys hand and and walking away.

But lily stopped and ran back over to Luke hugging him. He smiled and hugged her back

"Your boyfriend will be okay Lukey" she said and that brought a small smile on his face

First time he actually smiled in a while now
