2: Life in Germany

"Georgiana!" lumingon ako sa tumawag sa pangalan ko, my smile instantly widened

"Hi Ash!" I said, he half hugged me,

Ashton and I met here in Germany, apparently, he was born and raised here but he is also Filipino, we mostly speak in tagalog but minsan english para cool lang.

"uuwi ka ba?" he asked, I shrugged, four years na din ako dito, and hindi pa ako umuuwi ever since.

"uwi tayo." he suggested, kumunot ang noo ko sa sinabi niya.

"bakit biglaan?" I asked him, he smiled widely, wala lang, trip niya lang din umuwi.

Naglalakad kami ngayon papunta sa bar na pinagtratrabahuhan namin, for part time lang, writer ako ng mga articles for a magazine, while ash was the photographer kaya lagi kaming magkasama, one drunken night, we decided to apply to the bar wala lang, for fun diba.

"Georgiana come on!" he held my hand and pleaded with his eyes. I sighed,

"sige na, book the flight and then talk to me." he laughed and did a happy dance.

After our shift ended, sabay kaming naglalakad pauwi, we talked and laughed.

"malapit mo na makuha si solia?" tanong ko kay ash, he nodded,

Solia is a child that he was adopting, since we both live in the same apartment, madaming social workers na nagchecheck if our home is fit for a child.

"in a week siguro, please remind me to shop for a bed and clothes." he said, I smiled.

Gusto talaga ni ash magka-anak, but for some reason, he has fertility problems, and I commend him for being strong enough. Galing sa mayamang pamilya si ash, his mom is a filipina who married a rich German fellow and ashton was the offspring, weird din na walang kapatid si ash.

"ano iniisip mo?" he asked, taking out his keys, nag zone out pala ako.

"how nice it is to eat halo-halo again, or arroz caldo." he laughed at me,

"uwi na kasi tayo." he urged, I sat down on the couch.

Ready na ba ako? To see him again? Si Ate Tin lang kumakausap sakin from the Philippines. After the issue that I made, implying that King cheated on me, I deactivated my twitter and my instagram, I opened them last year and found out na iba na ka love team ni King, si Kryza na, she won in PBB.

I made another public account, this time using my real name. I helped Ash book the flight and we printed it. I took a picture of the printed plane ticket.

I turned my phone off and helped ash clean the room, hindi kasi kami sure kung kelan niya makukuha si Solia, it might be tomorrow or next week, so inaayos na namin, para sure kami, kakausapin din namin yung agency if we can take her to the philippines.

My phone beeped and I checked it.
