6: perfect together

"I must say, you look perfect together, walang kupas!"

I smiled at king and king smiled back, tito boy wiggled his eye brows. Natawa ako ng konti, looking at the screen, inilabas na yung official poster for the movie, tito boy asked us for an interview.

"and nilabas na pala yung individuals, sobrang nakakaintriga!" tito boy joyfully said, nag thank you kami ni king.

Pinakita sa led screen sa tabi namin yung character posters.

Ngumiti lang ako, at nagkagulo ang studio audience. Umayos ng upo si tito boy, which meant that it was time for the interview.

"how are you tonight gia?" tito boy started,

"okay naman po, feels good to be back." I answered with a smile,

"namiss mo ba umarte?"

"yes tito boy, sobrang iba kasi ng buhay ko sa Germany, mas simpleng tao ako dun. But something about late nights sa taping na namimiss ko talaga." I answered truthfully.

"you left with quite a bang four years ago, there were speculations na King cheated on you, what can you say about that?"

"ay, ayon," I laughed, "I think I did that out of spite, I was not yet mature back then. Kaya siguro ang impulsive ko."

Tito boy nodded, inabot sa akin ni king yung mug ng tubig, I thanked him,

"King, how does it feel na si Gia ang partner mo sa movie na 'to?" tito boy asked king, King smiled widely.

"Masaya, nakakamiss katrabaho si gia, familiar." he stated, short but straight to the point.

"wala naman bang negative comments si kryza?"

"wala tito boy, she's supportive which I am thankful for."

"kung may isang bagay kang namiss tungkol kay Gia, ano iyon?"

"her familiarity talaga tito boy, I missed everything about Gia. Siyempre before she left, we were good friends and I worked with her almost every day noon, ang laking adjustment nung umalis siya and I changed love teams." he explained, I smiled sadly.

"eto personal na tanong gia at king... Bakit hindi naging kayo?" tito boy asked which made the audience go wild, after a few seconds natahimik na din sila.

"siguro kasi, we were young?" I said which sounded more of a question than an answer.

"bata pa kasi kami noon, I was nineteen and he was twenty, puro future nasa isip ko kasi nga wala akong parents, I had to think about my future back then, kasi hindi naman forever yung showbiz, so I had to make sure that I can live a comfortable life after showbiz, King tried to court me, but I was too busy, ako yung may kasalanan. And when he found someone else who made time for him, it was too late, Mahal ko pala siya dati, so I had to find myself and learn how to live in the moment." hindi ko namalayan na tumulo na pala ang luha ko, but king made sure to wipe my tears with his thumb.

"so king, ikaw naman, I want to hear your side." tito boy encouraged, even gave me some tissues.

"I was happy whenever I was with gia, late nights were not a nuisance, mahal ko trabaho ko, and mahal ko si gia, but like she said, we were young, hindi ako naging patient, she was thinking about the future but I wanted to focus on the present, magka-iba kami. Pero Gia was and will always be worth the wait, and if I could go back in time, I would be more patient and understanding." he said with a smile but he wasn't meeting my eyes.

"so may feelings? May mutual feelings kayo noon?" tito boy asked, We both nodded,

Mahal ko naman si king, mali lang yung timing.

"Do you regret leaving the country gia? When you learned that he was in a relationship with kryza? Nagsisi ka ba na iniwan mo siya?" tito boy asked, I smiled,

"Opo. It took me everything not to come back to him. I had to accept na hindi na ako yung bibilhan niya ng pagkain in set, hindi na ako yung yayakapin niya pag malamig sa set, I had to accept na hindi na ako yun, but I had to, kasi ako yung umalis, ako yung nang-iwan." bumukas ang bibig ni tito boy to say something, but my eyes were blurry and my throat was restricting, I can't breath.

"excuse me" I managed to choke out before running backstage to find Ate Tin for my inhaler.

"Gia." King shouted, I turned around to look at him, but everything went dark.
