'She... she was my mate.

A few years ago Namjoon Yoongi Hoseok and I went on a mission. While we were away some rogues attacked the pack. Sunmi's role was teaching the younger children about the wolf live and the history of the pack. She fought against the rogues to protect all the children. In the end the children survived but she ... she was a warrior, an angel. We came back because I had sensed that something was wrong. Usually when a wolf finds his mate there's already something like a bond. It might be small but it's there. But when you actually mate with your significant other than this bond becomes even stronger. You will be able to feel if your mate is in pain, some stronger wolves can even sense the location of their mate. I had a really bad feeling so we decided to go back, only to find a bloodbath. Everywhere were crying people, blood. Houses were burning. It was really an awful sight that I will never forget. But the worst was the moment I stepped in the small school. Her body was lying there, lifeless. I could only cradle her in my arms. That's when it happened. The bond broke. A mating bond can only break on two occasions. One, when a wolf rejects his mate, or two when the mate dies.'

His tears were completely wet when he finished. I knew that no matter what I would've said nothing could've made it better. So I just stayed silent and embraced him as good as possible. Sometimes someone just needs to feel the presence of someone who cares for them. And I care for Jin. For everyone in the pack. And no matter what I will try to protect and help everyone as good as possible.

After the talk with Jin I started to search for Namjoon. After all we have to visit Yoongi's uncle together. He was outside playing wrestling with some children who were probably four or five years old. He towered over them but somehow managed to land in the gras on his back with three children on top of him. 'Arrrg, you can never beat me.' the children's giggles rings through everyone's ears. 'But uncle Namjoon. You're already on your back.'with that he scooped the three of them up in his arms and started turning around. When he put them down they couldn't stop laughing. How Namjoon would act with his own children? When he looked up he saw me standing at the porch of the house and waved me over. I walked over to him but couldn't come far becasue suddenly I was attacked and found myself on the ground. Oh these children will get my revenge soon enough. Their tries to put me down resulted in a tickle fight that Namjoon joined eventually.
