Yoongi stood against a locker, eavesdropping on Namjoon and Seokjin. Every word that came out of Seokjins mouth and the surprising response from Namjoon made Yoongi mad. An amazing guy was being treated like this over nothing. Over a paranoid and psychotic boyfriend. Over a lie.
However, yoongi wouldnt do anything about it. He believed that he was also at fault. He's the one that broke up Namjoon and Jimin, and he stomped on Hoseoks heart. Why couldn't he just tell Hoseok he loved him? Didnt he?
No- he always loved Namjoon. Its always been that way. In fact, it was his first time admitting it, and a smile spread on his face. He hasn't smiled- genuinely smiled- in a long time.
"Yoongi..?" Namjoon asked, "Are you okay?"
"Yes, i-im fine...why?"
"Yoongi," Namjoon chuckled with that bright smile that made Yoongis heart ache, " you're standing there with a smile. You look creepy."
Yoongi didnt know what got into him, but he pointed teasingly. "That's mean..."
Namjoon was shocked, but suddenly busted out in laughter. Yoongi loved that sound.
Namjoon wiped his tears with the back of his hand and took a deep breathe, trying not to laugh harder. "Ah yoongi i-"
Yoongi couldnt resist, he slipped his arms around Namjoons waist and rested his head his chest, where he heard the others heart beat faster. Namjoon gasped and stepped back a little in surprise. "Yoongi..." he barely choked out.
"I love you." Yoongi mumbled against Namjoons shirt that was now wet from Yoongis tears.
Namjoon felt his heart being gripped harder, and felt like he couldn't breathe. Hes been waiting for this day.
"I-I love you too." Namjoon croaked, and wrapped his arms around the other, setting his head on top of Yoongis.
