I didn't take long for the word to spread on Michaels ans I engagement. All it took was one photo of Some paparazzi man that just happened to be there around the time he proposed, to spread all over the world the world in a matter of eight hours. I didn't even have the time to call Susanne or Jo Anna or even Keisha to let them know because the news had already spreader so fast.

There was a knock at my door. I stood up and paused the movie I was watching and walked to the door." Who is it?" I asked.

" It's us!" I heard a strong country accent say from the other side. I knew it was Jo Anna.

I opened the door with a smile, with her was Keisha." Oh My God!" She kept saying over and over again." Let me see the ring, hun!" She said then lifted up my right hand her face fell in an instant." Uh, hun." She said." This look like the same old ring you usually wear."

I laughed" Jo Anna honey, thats the wrong hand." I said. Lifting my left one.

She laughed light heartedly." Oh My bad." She looked down at the ring Her mouth dropped in an instant." Oh My God, this ring must be worth a fortune!" She said showing it to Keisha.

" Wow!" She said. As she examined it as if it was some kind of a science experiment." So when is the wedding?"

I shrugged." I don't even know if I want to have one." I said.

" What?" The both said at the same time.

" You have got to be kidding me!" Keisha said.

"Aaliyah honey, you know we are not gonna allow you not to have a wedding, that is just so un-natural for us."

" why not?"

" Because, you and Michael as been best friends ever since you two were ten and then you two dated for so long. Now that deserves a big wedding."

" What if I don't want a big wedding, what if I just want something simple with only a few of my friends and family. No outrageous wedding dress you anything else of that matter?" I asked.

" because honey, you know that is just not gonna happen and besides you two have to many entourage to not have a big wedding."

" I don't have much family?" I said.

" what? You don't?" Keisha asked.

I shook my head." I only have Susanne, you, Anthony, Lilly , and the jacksons."

" No grandmother?" Jo Anna asked.

I shook my head." She died before I was even born."

" Grandfather?"

" He died while my grandmother was pregnant with my mother."

" wow." Keisha.said.

" You see what I mean the only real family ive ever had was you two the people ive worked with over the years ans the Jackson. I don't have any cousins or another aunts or uncles." I said.

" Well either way you still gonna have a huge wedding, no if, ands, or buts, about it." Keisha said as she placed her arms around me." And besides after you and Michael get married you are gonna have the.biggest family ever." She gave me a wink.

I shook my head." So what are the wedding colors gonna be?" Jo Anna asked.

I shrugged.

" Have you put any thought into any of this?" She asked.

" I have, I just don't know what i want."

She gave me a look." Well what is your favorite color."

" My favorite color depends on my mood." I said.

She rolled her eyes " This is wrothless." She said then plopped down on the couch.

" Well when do you want to get married?"

" Probably in the summer."

" Okay then, the best summer colors are pink and orange."

I thought about it for a moment. Then shook my head." I like red better."

" Red? Why red." Jo Anna asked.

"Its Michaels favorite color and he likes it when I wear red and white." I explained.

Jo Anna pulled a note book out of her dag and scribbled something in it." Red and whit it is."

" Where do you want it to be."

That one was a hard on. I didn't want it to be at the beach I wanted it to be somewhere that was close tomy heart something that held a price of my past and then it hit me." The. cabin."

Keisha and Jo Anna both looked at me like I was crazy but I was dead serious." Your kidding, right?" Jo Anna asked.

I shook my head." No I am not kidding, that place holds slot of childhood memories for me and plus Michael and I used to play there all the time."

"Are you sure, sweet heart?"

" Yes I'm sure, look if you two are making me do this then I'm doing it my way."

Jo Anna shook her head." Okay."

" So who's gonna be the bridesmaids?" Keisha asked.

" I would love it if.the both of you were and for Janet to be one to."

" What about LA Toya?"

" She doesn't really like me much, she wasn't even there when Michael proposed." I said.

" I think she's just looking out for her big brother thats all." Keisha said.

I gave her a look." Mmmmmhmmmm, ill ask her at the grammys if she says yes then fine, if she says no, then I could.care less, ill ask Debbie too." I said.

" Okay so we need to start looking for a dress we can do that after the grammys." Keisha said to Jo Anna.

" Yay! Thats my favorite part!"

" Jo Anna, I'm trusting you with this, I swear if my wedding turn out to be a big country square dance thingy or whatever it is you call in Alabama, I swear I will kick your country ass."

She busted into laughter." You know I wont do that to you hun." She said.

" I wouldn't allow it anyway." Keisha said

" Oh yeah and if this wedding ends up being to over the top and girly, I'm gonna Kick YOUR ass"

She started playing.

" You two are laughing and I'm being dead serious. If you mess it up be prepared okay." I said.

" Okay, okay!" They said together.

" Believe me sis, you are going to love it." She said with a smile.
