Emma's POV
I woke up to Ashton throwing his jeans at my face.
"What the hell Ash?"
"Get up princess, we need to leave," he said bending down and kissing my forehead.
"Can I at least have my clothes?" I whined as he laughed and threw them onto the bed. I slid my bra and underwear on under the sheets, not wanting to bother with my pants until I was standing.
I turned and tried to stand up, my legs gave out and I crashed to the floor.
"You've gotta be kidding me," I cursed under my breath as Ashton rushed over to me. "You see what you do to me Irwin?"
"Don't act like you regret it babe," he winked and picked me up, tossing me back onto the bed. I attempted to get my jeans on, somehow succeeding and tossed my shirt back on.
I tried to get up once more, my face met with the floor for a second time.
"Ashton Fletcher Irwin I cannot walk thanks to you."
"Still don't regret it!" he sang and picked me up again. "Here just get on my back," he said as I climbed onto him and wrapped my arms around his neck. He walked out and slammed the door behind him. When he reached the front desk he pulled the room hey out of his pocket and dropped it on the surface, mumbling a quick, "Irwin," to the woman working and pushed the front door open.
Walking towards the car and opening the passenger door, he dropped me into the seat and climbed into the drivers seat, turning out of the parking lot and starting the short trip back to the bus.
"Babe do you think you can walk yet?" Ashton asked through laughs.
"Hopefully so," I laughed along, jumping out of the car and staying on my feet. Success.
I opened the bus door and walked to the back room, where the boys were playing FIFA and chatting amongst themselves.
"Hey Em, what's going o- what the hell is on your neck?" Calum yells. My hands immediately shoot up to cover my neck, under my ring finger there's a sore spot, a love bite.
"At least someone had fun last night," Luke remarks then switches the game back on. I knew them noticing was inevitable, but my face heated up anyway.
I shuffled back into the kitchen, grabbing a few things and started making sandwiches, figuring everyone would be hungry.
"Lettuce or no lettuce?" I yelled towards the back room.
"Lettuce! No lettuce! Lettuce!" a chorus of yells came back and I followed the directions, playing them all and placing them onto the table. Ashton walked in a few seconds later, hugging me from behind and kissing my cheek.
"Can you grab the boys? I made lunch," I said pecking him on the lips. He nodded and walked back. They all came through and sat at random around the table. The mindless chatter and quick jokes filled the next hour.
My stomach suddenly turned and I ran into the bathroom. The contents of my stomach spilling into the toilet. Luke ran in and saw me, as a first reaction holding my hair back as I continued to throw up.
*4 day time lapse*
I felt bile ride up in my throat again as I jumped down from my bunk and ran to the bathroom. It seemed to happen like clockwork, I try to eat or drink something and it comes right back up. Its been like this for days, and all of us were beginning to worry.
"Emma, I'm taking you to the hospital," Ashton said picking me up and carrying me out the door.
"Ashton I'm fine don't worry."
"You've been throwing up for five days straight, something has to be wrong."
He took a left turn into the hospital parking lot and walked in, grabbing my hand and walking to the front desk.
"Go sit down somewhere, I'll be there in a minute."
I turned and picked a chair in the corner of the room. I glanced around at my surroundings. An old woman and her husband, him coughing wildly. A mother and her young son, maybe 7 years old, he was pale and sweaty.
I shouldn't be here. There are all kinds of people here that desperately need attention and I just keep throwing up.
"Mr. and Mrs. Irwin?"
Ashton grabbed my hand and walked up towards the nurse that called us.
"I wouldn't be allowed to take you here if we weren't married," he whispered in my ear. "You're an Irwin momentarily"
She led us to a room and did normal procedures. Checking my temperature and blood pressure. She then left without a word.
"I'm scared Ash."
"There's no reason to be scared baby girl, it'll all be okay," he gave me a reassuring smile and squeezed my hand.
A doctor opened the door to the small room. He introduced himself as Dr. Thomas.
"So you've just been throwing up lately? Have you been able to eat or drink anything?"
I shook my head as he filled out papers.
"We'll have to run a few tests, go to the room on the far right and Natalie will meet you there."
After a few tests, them taking some of my blood and checking my vitals, I was sat in the room again, shaking slightly at what was to come. Dr. Thomas strode in then.
"Well Emma, it appears you-"
