Okay this is my first wattpad story so no nasty business, please tell me how I can improve but nicely. This is only chapter one (:

Crap.

It was my first day at a new school. I was lucky to have one friend at my last. I just stood there dressed in black skinnies, Green day shirt (yes I'm a big fan) and black converse. staring into the hell hole I was about to walk into, bullies, bitches, attention seekers and those stuck up snobs.

This is going to be fun.

The bell rang. Now I had to enter.Picking up my black and red backpack I took the first step, I had stepped into the hole. My first subject; Music. At least I was good at it. I was walking through the school trying to find the music block when I walked past one of those ‘gangs’ of cake-faced girls who wore their skirt so high you could see right up into the empty lost lands. They stared at me like I was a freak who escaped from the runaway circus, with the word freak emphasized one thousand more times.  To be honest, every school has these types of girls. There is no escape, ever.

Finally finding the music block I knocked on the classroom door.

“Hello. Can I help you?” complained the teacher, making it obvious I had disrupted his class.

I just stood there, unable to say a word.

“Well?” When he asked this time the rest of the class stared. Putting down their instruments to watch my humiliation. I could feel myself going bright red.

“....I’m.. um... in this class. I’m new,” I managed to squeak that out. I could hear some people chuckling in the back of the room.

“Oh well then, what’s your name? I’m Mr. Mortion.” He asked his mood suddenly becoming much happier.

“Um... Elodie,” I mumbled, blushing at my name.

“Take a seat, pick up an instrument and start jamming. That’s all we do in here really...” replied Mr. Mortion, getting lost in his thoughts.

The room was painted a bright red. Posters hung on the walls, Green day, the Beatles, Pierce the veil, too many to count. Guitars lined the walls, pianos and keyboards in the corners, a massive drum kit in the middle back area and just so much more. It was so cool! Smiling, I picked out an electric guitar and sat down in the corner and started playing “Holiday” by Green day.

I was half way through the song when I noticed a guy had been sitting next to me. Blushing and immediately putting the guitar down, he interrupted.

“Hi, I’m Colton. You’re pretty good at guitar.” Indicating at me, still holding the guitar.

Colton.

Colton was skinny, pale and had long-ish black hair. Simply dressed in black jeans, a baggy Asking Alexandria shirt and black high-tops.

“Um, thanks?” I shyly said, blushing even more.

“So, you wanna hang out some time?” he asked, laughing then blushing a little bit.

"Yeah, okay," I replied, smiling and also blushing.

Thanks for reading!
