"He's so cute!"

Theo couldn't help but groan as Eleanor said yet another compliment about that good-for-nothing rabbit. Every visit the children kept promising their undying love to Merlin even though they have had him already over four months.

That poor animal could only thank Quentin for his absolutely ridiculous name. In fact, he could thank Quentin for everything since he was the one who bought Merlin and got him in their home without even asking him.

In the morning, Theo had left for his class and when he came back, there was a freaking rabbit living with them. When he asked Quentin about it, all he got as an answer was "Didn't I tell you about him? It was kind of last-minute decision when I saw the pet store."

In time he started to tolerate the animal but if he didn't, Quentin would have probably refused to give him away.

"I know, you've said that the last twenty minutes. When is your Mom coming to get you?" Theo said while trying not to show how impatient he was about getting his boyfriend's siblings out of their apartment.

When he first started to date Quentin, he surely didn't sign up for this. If they lived in the college campus like they first planned, this wouldn't be a problem.

After finding out that they would be going to the same college, Quentin asked if he wanted to get their own place, paying rent and everything else together. Theo was stupid and immediately agreed, only thinking of how great it would be.

For his defense, how could he have known that it would include four unofficial roommates who wanted to get away from their parents on weekends?

The worst part was that Quentin wasn't even here to help him! An hour ago he just mumbled something about a library and left Theo to babysit his siblings. It wasn't even the first time when this happened but it never got easier. Almost two years of dating Quentin and he still didn't know how to be around his siblings.

Daniel and Sebastian were getting easier to get along with since they had started to watch movies that were somehow good.

But the twins? No thanks. Eleanor still liked those stupid Barbie movies and there was no way he would watch those, no matter how much she begged and cried. Everett, however, just liked to read books alone and he even got angry if someone bothered him then.

Theo was about to ask for the sixth time if they were hungry, just because he didn't know what else to talk about, when the door opened. He had promised himself to stay angry but how could he when his boyfriend looked so cute with sunflowers in his hand?

"Hey, I missed you!" Quentin said and came closer only to walk past him to the living room where Eleanor was still cuddling with Merlin. Rolling his eyes, Theo followed him, took the flowers and gave him a kiss as a thank you.

Quentin immediately answered the kiss that started to heat up but unfortunately, their moment was interrupted by the doorbell and Quentin went to open it.

After putting the flowers in the vase, Theo watched as Bree and Chris walked in with their usual smiles on their faces and much to his surprise, his own mother followed them.

He was supposed to be alone with his boyfriend today and now there were seven people in the house with them. Was it too much to ask a little privacy?! Both of them were so busy with classes and mix that with work and his basketball, they only had very little free time.

On worst days it really bothered Theo and he had almost started smoking again but then he remembered that he just celebrated one year and three months without a single cigarette. And damn, he felt much better but it was most likely all because of Quentin.
