"I should go."

"Yeah."

Theo knew that he should leave soon because Quentin's family would be back by eight. They still had about half an hour but as much as he wanted to spend every possible minute together, he didn't want to risk anything.

But how could he leave when he felt more comfortable than ever before? Laying under the covers with a naked red-haired boy was something he never knew he needed so much until he got it. He knew that it shouldn't feel this easy but he would stress about everything else later.

"What are you thinking about?" Quentin asked and turned to look at him. Once again, Theo was amazed by those blue eyes that shamelessly stared back.

"Your parents," Theo answered and stuttered when he realized how it sounded. "I just don't want them to see..."

Quentin was silent for a while before giving him a smile that was faker than the one he had while moaning under his body. "Don't want anyone to assume anything, right?"

Theo was about to ask what was wrong but then decided against it. That wasn't any of his business. Just because they had sex that didn't mean that they would talk about feelings and shit.

Not even after Quentin calmed him down when he started to feel nervous about his first time with a guy. He knew that it would be different to have sex with a guy but he wasn't prepared it to feel that good. Hell, he almost thanked Quentin after he got his first orgasm.

When Theo's phone started to ring, he took that as a sign that their time was officially over. Groaning, he pushed the covers on top of Quentin, who looked like he was half-asleep, before going to find his phone.

The phone stopped ringing for a few seconds before starting again which seemed to annoy Quentin who now had his head under the pillow. "Close that damn thing or I'll throw it out of the window!"

Besides showing a middle finger to him, Theo completely ignored what he said. Instead, he tried to think for a reason why his mother was calling him. She never called him. If he was in trouble, his father did the yelling and hitting. Theo had given up on her a long time ago.

"Hello, Mom," he just said.

"Theo, hi. Where are you?" Something had happened, he could hear it from her voice, Theo just didn't know what.

"I'm at...friend's place," he lied.

"Alright." No questions about who was his friend? What were they doing? Was he safe? Most teenagers would love not to have overprotective parents who questioned everything but Theo wouldn't mind hearing that she was worried about him for once.

"Can you come home?" Now he could hear her voice breaking and realized that whatever had happened was serious.

"Ok, I'll be there soon," Theo promised, already putting on his clothes.

"Thank you," she said and ended the call. Frowning, Theo stared at his phone as if it could tell what was wrong.

"What's the hurry?" Quentin's sleepy voice asked. Theo turned to look at him and almost regretted it when he saw the boy lying naked on the bed as if asking him to join for the second round.

"Mom called and asked to come," Theo explained while putting on his socks.

"Oh, okay," Quentin mumbled and went back to sleep. Theo couldn't help but smile at the sight and wished he had more time.

A few minutes later he was ready to leave. He kept opening his mouth but closed his immediately when he realized that he had no idea what to say. Should he even say anything? Did Quentin expect for goodbye or would he want to avoid it?
