She didn't want to end this way

"Papa?" Ana turned to her father, James gave her a grim look and faced forward to the in front of them. Steve started walking forward and Ana shook her head, as if her team could see her and care what she thought.

"Ana, we need to go." James said. Ana's bottom lip quivered as she walked forward. She followed her father and Steve, she always would. They started spreading up and soon they were sprinting to the other team, her mother's team.

Ana ran straight through the middle of the other team while they were occupied, Ana for her life as she wasn't a soldier, she didn't belong in fights like this, she belonged in the shadows where she spent the first 14 years of her life.

Ana carried on running once she was clear of the fight, she quickly looked around the area for a shadow to hide out in but was stopped short when the flying red man flew down in front of her. The man's feet almost touched the floor and she stopped. She took out her blade and held it tight in her hand.

"What do you want?" Ana snarled, her Russian accent showing through. She held her black blade in her shaky hand, she stared at the man, she had never seen anything like it before not even in HYDRA.

"Ana Romanova-Barnes. HYDRA's asset 2."  the red man with the gem said, Ana felt her stomach flip at that name and she got really pissed off now, she let her rage blind her as she rushed forward to tackle him but she ran straight through him, Ana stopped in shock and turned around to see where this thing went, she almost lost hold of her blade.

Ana turned around only to get smacked away and into a pile of boxes. Ana's head was the first to hit the ground. Her blade flew a meter away from her hand and her eyes clouded with tears. She waited for the cloudiness to pass before reaching for her blade.

"Come on." Ana grunted as she forced her hand to move closer to the blade. Her fingers grazed on the edge of the blade but she couldn't grab onto it. She brought her hand back and forced herself onto her stomach. Using her arms, she crawled forward to the blade.

She reached the blade and held it in her hand. She pushed herself up and put the blade back in the sheath. She grunted and used her hands to push herself up. She steadied herself as she stood up. She placed her foot down and stood on it.

She heard a peculiar sound and she turned around, she saw a metal man in red flying towards her. She jumped behind boxes as the man flew past her. The man turned around and flew straight at her.

"Ana!" someone shouted, she saw a blond figure run close to her but was shot away by a yellow laser beam, that came from the metal man. With the momentary distraction, the metal man hit on her side, sending her into the boxes again. She watched the man land and walk towards her.

"Ana Barnes, you are under arrest." The metal man said as he lifted his helmet. He walked forward with a pair of handcuffs in his hands. Ana smirked and took out her blade again, she held it in her hands and held it above her head.

"My name is Ana Romanova-Barnes. And I didn't set off that bomb and neither did my father." She said. The man scowled and closed his helmet. He walked towards her faster, she held her ground and waited for him to reach her. The man set off the ground and flew the rest fo the way to her.

"Come in quietly and you may not be punished for your crimes when you worked with HYDRA." The metal man said. Ana shook her head and held her ground. She ducked right at the last second, the man flew right over her. She held her blade up and it dragged down the metal man's body.
