Who Is It?- Riku x Sora

Chapter 8

(A/N: Man I've been doing a lot of author's notes! This chapter is twice as long as the other usual ones, because I squeezed two chapters I wrote into one ^_^;; Originally this chapter had nothing really important happen, so here's an slighter longer chapter for you folks!)

Riku's POV

"Hey!! Come out here, Riku. You and Sora are coming with me to Destiny Island right now."

I could hear yelling from outside of my house.

"If you aren't going to come out, I'm going to break down your door. Don't test me!"

I walked down the stairs and walked to the entrance of my house. I hesitantly opened the door.

"Riku, finally! I was really tempted to break in."

"Please don't."

I looked up to see Kairi with a pouty look.

"Okay, you're coming with me now. We're going to see Sora now," Kairi said as she ran off.

....This was one way to start the day.

It was supposed to be a peaceful day. Since the virus breakout, we've been having days off from school. I was planning to sleep all day...

I go back inside my house to get ready, since I was awoken by the screams of my childhood demon-ahem friend.

As I change into a set of clothes, I hear my doorbell being rung once. Then twice. Three, Four, five... Why is everyone bothering me right now?! I put on a robe that was on the counter beside me and wear it sloppy in a hurry to run out. I open the entrance door once again.

"IT'S TWO IN THE MORNING, WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE NEE-" I yelled before looking down.

"...Sora?"

"Waaah! Everyone's so mean to me today. You and Kairi are scary!" Sora cried.

Sora was sobbing and wiping his tears.

I look behind Sora, and I see Kairi... or maybe that isn't Kairi. Whoever's face it was, it was ready to kill someone.

"Sora, whatever you do, don't turn around....! ...Come inside," I say, welcoming Sora inside.

As soon as Sora steps inside, I close the door immediately making sure not to let that thing come inside.

"So tell me the story. What's up?" I ask.

"Rikuuuu!" Sora ran into my arms. "Kairi was suddenly outside my house and she had a bat with her."

"A bat...??"

"Y-Yeah... she was following me this whole time!" Sora whined.

Don't tell me that thing behind Sora earlier was actually Kairi!?

I shook my head at the thought.

"So... where is Kairi at now?" I asked.

Sora looked as if he was panicking. He looked around my house.

"S-She didn't follow me to your house, r-right?"

"What... there's no way that can be. I made sure-AAAAAH"

I see Kairi looking through my window, staring at us intently.

"Hey Sora, Kairi is-"

I looked at Sora and he had passed out. He must have saw Kairi spying on us through the window.

A few minutes later after that mess~

After waking up Sora, I confronted Kairi.

"So for starters, why don't you tell me why you were eerily stalking Sora?" I say as I cross my arms.
