Who Is It?- Riku x Sora

Chapter 17

Kairi's POV

The heavy snow finally cleared up, so there was class today. Right when I walked inside the classroom I saw Sora dozing off in his desk.

"Soraaaaa! Wake up already, class is almost starting!" I yelled.

"Huh?" Sora's eyes fluttered as he awoke.

Sora rubbed his eyes and looked up at me.

"Kairi? What are you doing here?" he asked.

"What do you mean? This is our classroom," I said.

"Oh, right."

Huh?? Sora's really out of it today. Did he not get enough sleep?

Class soon started and I had to go to my seat. I could see Sora falling back asleep from my desk.

When school ended for the day, Riku waited for the two of us at the entrance of our classroom.

"You guys are taking longer than usual," Riku said.

"It's not my fault! Sora won't wake up!!" I yelled.

Riku seemed concerned and walked inside the classroom.

"Sora?" Riku said as he tapped on Sora's shoulder.

"Hot water will do the trick. I'll be right back," I said.

"Wait-" Riku called but I ignored him and walked outside.

Sora better wake up right now. He should be grateful I'm giving him a chance to be alone with Riku hehe.

I skipped along to the restroom and opened the faucets to hot water. For plot convience, I somehow had a bucket on me. I filled up the bucket with hot water.

If Sora isn't awake by the time I get back, I won't hesitate to pour this bucket on him!

I sang a tune as I skipped back to the classroom.

"When you walk away~ You don't hear me say~ Pleaaaase oh babー"

When I arrived to the classroom, Riku seemed to be almost kissing Sora. I covered my mouth and hid away from the entrance. I peeked my eyes through a bit.

Riku was really close to Sora's lips.

What's going on here?? Is Riku going to kiss Sora in secret?? Ugh these two! Why do they have to be like this when they can just be honest with each other.

I pretended to casually walk in the classroom. Riku turned around as he heard my footsteps.

"Kairi?"

"What were going to do just now~" I asked as I smirked.

"...."

"Even though their feelings are finally mutual, they have to be like this. Ugh!" I whispered.

"What did you say?" Riku asked.

"Oh don't worry about it. Anywho, time to dump this bucket of hot water on Sora since he's still asleep!" I yelled.

I poured the water on top of Sora's head and watched as he fell like a waterfall down his face.

"AHHHHH!!! WHAT IS THIS??" Sora screamed.

"You finally woke up! Okay, let's all go home now!" I exclaimed as I marched out the door.

"At least help me cool off!! I'm burning!!"

I dragged Sora from the collar of his shirt outside.

"Okay! I have a lot of homework to do so I'm going to go home now!" I said.
