Luke's POV

Aria had still not texted me back, which made me even more worried. Usually I wasn't the type of guy how would worry about anything, but with Aria it was more complicated. I had no idea why I was so attracted to this girl who I met over the summer. It almost felt like she had me in the palm of her hand and could do whatever she wanted to do with me. But that's not like Aria. I knew she felt the exact same way about me. The way it got to her when I told her about the tour... How she raced trough the airport just to appologize and say goodbye.

I re-read the text that she'd sent me this morning.

"I don't know it anymore Luke, about us. We barely talk nor see eachother and I just don't know where this is going..."

For the for the so manieth time my heart dropped. What can I do to make this work? I asked myself in thoughts. The first time I read the text i sort of panicked and tried to reach her by calling and texting, but so far... no answer. 'Wha't wrong with Hemmo?' I heared Harry whisper to Michael. We were in the dressing room of the 1D boys. Niall, Louis, Zayn, Ashton, Calum and Liam stood around a football table. No one, except for Michael heard Harry's question. I kept impatiently staring down at my phone. C'mon, c'mon... call me back, I thought. Before Michael could even open his mouth to answer Harry's question, he continued. 'Problem with the ladies?' Michael nodded slowly. A few seconds later, Harry plopped down next to me on the couch. 'Hey Emo, what's the problem?' He asked in a cheerful way. I knew he was only trying to help and cheer me up, but I just didn't feel like being all cheerfull and stuff. 'If you don't mind, I'm not really in the mood for your "Emo" jokes.' I said without looking at my curly, dark haired friend. For what felt like the hundredth time today, I tried to call Aria. It didn't take long for the call to end with her voicemail. I sighed deeply. 'Who are you trying to reach?' Harry asked. His curiousity started to work on my nerves, so I decided to get it over with and give him some answers. 'Aria.' I mumbled. Harry gave me a pat on my back an sighed sypathetically. 'It'll be okay, she'll come back around. Just give it some time.' He doesn't know what he's talking about, I thought as I finally turned my face to look at him. 'You don't understand! It's not going to be okay. You don't know her! She's super fragile and insecure. And if there is anything she always does it is pushing everyone away.' My voice cracked in the end while I tried to controle my emotions. To be honest, I was really frustrated. I had absolutely no clue of what was going on with Aria and Harry just didn't understand anything! 'Woah calm down, Lukey.' Michael said while walking towards the courch Harry and I were sitting on and sat down inbetween us. 'GOAL!! BET YA DIDN'T SEE THAT ONE COMING HA?!' Niall shouted hysterically at Calum, Ashton and Liam who were his opponents. 'But you cheated!' Ashton shot back immediately. They really sounded just like five year olds. An embarrassing silent followed after Niall responded to Ashton's comment. Then everyone spontaneously burst out in laughter, except for me. Not much later, I noticed Calum's text tone sounding for the twentieth time. He picked it up from the table in the corner of the room and read the text. I saw a small grin working up his face while typing a response. Who was he texting? I wondered. He constantly recieved and sent texts and somehow it made me even more annoyed. When he finished his text, he looked at me while sliding his phone into his pocket. 'Excited for tonight's show?' He asked when he sat down on the sofa infront of me. 'London's O2 Arena... who would've thought a small aussie band would make it to this arena?' A smile spread over his face while the thought burned in his head. 'Nine months ago we were still in Ashton's bedroom filming our first cover and now... we're playing in a sold out mother effing arena! As an openings act, but still... this is insane!' I let the thought into my own head. It was crazy to think my dream finally came true. For a couple of minutes the thought distracted me, but then my worries floated back into my mind. I totally did not feel happy anymore. 'Why hasn't she called me back yet?' I accedently thought aloud. For a moment I thought an awkward silence would follow but Harry quickly filled up the silent space. 'I know what'll cheer you up.' He grinned. 'The security is going to go crazy but how actually cares?' He added in a devillish voice.

An hour later, Calum, Michael, Harry and I ran through the corridors of the arena with four security guards on our heels. Our laughter filled the empty backstage-silence. 'Where are we going?' I laughed out of breath. For the last hour we had challenged the guards, teased them a bit until they started chasing us. I really did set my mind off my worries about Aria and I had fun. 'Doesn't matter, keep running!' Harry yelled over his shoulder. Two big arms grabbed me from behind which made me stumble and fall face first to the floor. One of the guards had finally managed to catch me. I wasn't the only one though, Michael was also on the ground with a security guard holding him down. I tried hard to wriggle out of the gasp of the man but it was too tight. Still laughing like an idiot, I cried out for help. Harry and Calum who, a few minutes before I got caught, were running ahead of us, stopped and turned around. They exchanged a look and then ran full speed back towards the place where Michael and I were laying. When I glanced to my right I saw the rest of both my band and the 1D band coming our way. 'Stacking!' Niall screamed like a lunatic. I squized my eyes shut, prepairing for the others to crash down on top of me and the security guard. With loud screams the jumped on top of the guard that was keeping me down. When I shot Michael a look, I saw Zayn, Niall and Ashton pushing the guard off of the blue haired boy. Then the fell down on top of Michael and laid still in a heap of boys. At the exact same time I felt a huge weight pressing the air out of my lungs. Luckily the weight removed itself to my right. Another heap of boys crashed down beside me, now keeping the security guard down. 'Niall, your butt is in my face!' I heard Ashton's voice shout. Before I even started laughing, a familiar voice right in front of me, spoke. 'What is going on here?!' I raised my head and looked straight in the eyes of my mum. For a moment everyone was dead quiet. But then, we all burst out in laughter all at once. And for a moment I forgot about Aria.
