All in time

Chapter 1

BEEP! BEEP!

Ugh I hate Monday's! I look at the time and it's 5:45. I have to be at school at 7, so let's hope Daemon's on time today to pick me up.

"Jiselle get up!" My mom yelled from downstairs.

"I am" I yelled back.

I got up from my bed and went to my closet to pick out my outfit. I picked out a white cami with a plaid shirt to go over it and top it off with black shorts and watch. I slip on my converse and grab my phone and house keys. I run down stairs and grab a banana and water bottle.

"Bye mom"

"Bye sweetie," she said

I go outside to see Daemon leaning on his car, looking at something on his phone. I go up to him and pecked his lips.

"Hey babe." I said

"Hey, you should say hello like that more often," he said.

I giggled and slapped his chest playfully. I turned around and walked to the passenger seat and got in his jeep. Daemon got in and drove us to school.

When me and Daemon got off the car he grabbed my hand and interlaced our fingers and all eyes were on us. See we were... I guess you could say the "it" couple. I smiled brightly knowing things couldn't get better. Me and Daemon have been dating for a couple of months. We still haven't said the "L" word yet and I'm glad because I don't think I'm ready right now.

"Babe.... Hello Jiselle are you there," Daemon said while waving his hand in my face.

"Yes, now get your crummy hands out my face." I said.

He chuckled and then looked at me sweetly and intensively.

"What is there something on my face?" I felt my face in search of anything out the ordinary.

He chuckles again and takes my chin in his hand and looks me in the eyes.

He says "Nothing is there except your beauty and I'm so lucky to have you," and he kisses me softly.

We walk to my locker and Daemon gives me a kiss goodbye until we hear a throat clear. We break apart and I see my bestfriend Alyssa smirking.

"If you could excuse me I would like to be alone with my bestfriend thank you," Alyssa said to Daemon.

"Fine, I gotta get to class. See you at lunch babe," Daemon said.

"Bye" Me and Alyssa said in sync.

Then Alyssa turned to look at me, "You won't believe who ask me out!" she said.

What she said next shocked me "Your brother."

Just like that my jaw fell to the ground.

"......and I said 'yes'," she added.

"Wow... Well I'm glad your the girl to make him happy because it's not all the the time my brother gets a uhm girlfriend," I said.

Just as I finished my sentence Miguel came into sight and started walking towards us.

Miguel is one of my bestfriends, there used to be four of us until Axel moved away. Axel was my ride or die, he and I did everything together, always stayed at each other's houses, and with all this I began to like him more than a friend.

I told him but he left me and said, "I promise I'll be back, just wait and see," with pleading eyes. A girl can only wait so long so I moved on with my life and started dating Daemon which I'm glad I did. Instead of thinking 'what ifs' and 'what could have been'.
