Jump

Leaves were falling, the air was turning cold, this means fall. My favorite season.

"Can you and me the hammer, babe?" I ask as I carefully turn around on the ladder to see my gorgeous boyfriend, niall.

"Uhm.." He looked around a bit them moved a pumpkin and behind it was the hammer. "Here you are, princess!" He said as he handed me the hammer.

We were decorating for Halloween which was only a few weeks away. we both really love holidays.

"Thanks ni" I took the hammer and hung up the lights. I got Down slowly. I have never trusted ladders.

I took a look at our front porch witch was now covered in Halloween decorations when I felt niall wrap his arms around me from behind.

"We did good this year, (Y/N)." He said with his head on my shoulder.

"Yeah we did" I turned around so that we were facing each other. Niall put his arms around my waist and I put my arms around his neck and he leaned in for a long, sweet, passionate kiss.

"What do we do now?" I asked looking into nialls beautiful blue eyes. He smirked and picked my up. he carried me to the tree in the front yard

"Haha were going to play In leaves!" niall said as he spun me around then set me down in the leaves.

"Okay" I looked up at a branch on the tree then down at the pile and smiled. "Let's make a pile! I'm going to jump from that branch." I said with a smile.

But niall wasn't smiling. "Princess, what if you get hurt? You can't jump from there!" He said with a serious face.

"Awe come on! It's going to be epic." I whined

Niall hesitated for a bit then said " only if I go first"

I lit up and jumped up and down " Yay! Thank you nialler!" I said excitedly

He climbed the tree and got to the branch " if I die, I hope you remember me as a great boyfriend " he said

I giggled "haha I will. I love you now jump!" I said excitedly. the branch wasn't even that high up, but niall made it seem like a 100 foot drop.

Niall slid off the branch not so gracefully and let out a very high pitched sound. He hit the pile and leaves flew everywhere.

He jumped out of the leaf pile and his face lit up when he realized he wasn't hurt or dead.

"YEAH I MADE IT!" He said excitedly.

I giggled "Haha you did! I'm going now!"

He suddenly seemed less exited but he let me go. I got to the branch and looked down. It did seem pretty high from up here but I didn't want to show niall that I was a bit nervous about jumping. I looked over at him and flashed him a smile then jumped. I hit the leaves and got up. "Haha that was AMAZING!" I said.

Niall and I spent the rest of the day playing outside. This is all I've ever asked for.
