Chapter 8. Nightmares

The times where the Genocide must overcome. At the judgement hall there was a child fighting with all efforts but couldn't pass the skeleton. The skeleton used different attacks, never a given patter. Fate was checking through the oldest AUs Ink has created to see what she could do to keep the balance. That's when she spotted him. A Sans that was fighting different from all other Sanses, she immediately saw his major advantage. Strings. She remembered what Memory said after the events of The Teenage Success. Memory mentioned that the one who stopped everything was a Destroyer with good purposes, avenging the fallen soldier. Later after the human reseted she was paying attention at the pacifist route. The perfect time to strike. Fate grinned as she began to cast a spell. One to finish off everything and assign a new fate to that Sans.

"Future or Past
I'm telling you at last
If you beg it's too late
Because I already assigned you your FATE!".

Fate casted the spell seeing how effective it worked. The Sans of the AU began to cry begging for mercy , to take away his life instead of everyone he loved. Fate began to scream and tell him to become the Yin to Ink, tell him to destroy, to be someone that only works for a purpose. "FORGIVE ME!!!! TAKE MY LIFE AWAY!!!". That scream sounded different, she turned her head to see the one begging for mercy. "K-Karma?". Fate asked seeing how the friend she knows began to cry and beg. Fate's heart was falling apart to see how much physical damage Karma was doing to himself. He took out his strings, began to corrupt his known SOUL, tied it up and-.

*GASP*

Fate woke up to see herself in bed with her sleeping attire. 'It was all a nightmare'. She thought getting out of bed to see if Karma was doing fine in his cell. 'What am I doing?'. Fate thought again as she went back to bed. She couldn't stop thinking of that nightmare. Is Error related to Karma in such way? No. That couldn't be true, Karma is different, she grew fond to him. Fate let out a small laugh as she remembers a little role play game she was doing with Karma and the others. They met Karma that day, she never expected him to be really shy. At least they accepted him.

"Hey guys!". Fate says salutes the others as she sees them running towards her. "Where are the rest?". Fate asked curious as they sighed. "Their father". The one in aqua hair says as a girl in green hair comes closer as Karma hides behind Fate for protection. "Aw! He's so cute! I wanna hug him!". The girl squeals making Karma get scared at the pit of crying of fear. What type of hugging she meant?!

"Luck!". Fate says a bit annoyed trying to calm down Karma. "Sorry, I just got excited again". Luck apologizes as Karma accepts her apology, now that he calmed down. "Hey! Why don't we role play?". The curly blonde hair girl says as everyone agrees.

Let's just say that no one actually was playing the roles correct. They were all getting along and no fighting. The boy with aqua hair summoned a tentacle as two of the girls were squealing because they were being carried by the boy. "Woah!". Karma looks at them playing. "Yep, my brother can do that. I can summon bows and arrows with my own magic". The curly blonde hair girl says as Fate glared at her. "Don't". She told her as she glared the rest. Karma saw the scene of them playing as he looked at his hands remembering what his parents said about him. He was a lost cause on magic. "You seem bothered, What's wrong?". A boy with glasses asks as Karma just shook his head not answering. "You know what I feel you could be?". A boy with spiky black hair asks as the rest began to mumble at each other. "Karma could be a Destroyer". He says in an intimidating voice as Karma giggled. "And what's Fate?". Karma asks curiously as the boy points at her. "A Creator! She must create while Karma keeps the balance!!!". The boy shouts dramatically as they all laughed. "Chaos stop!!!". Fate laughs as all the children had a great time.

"Hello? Anybody here?". A glitchy skeleton asks seeing the white entity he was trapped in a long time ago. He spots a silhouette as he ran towards it. He immediately stopped to see who it was. "D-dad?". He asks seeing how the human looking god stared at him. Black sclera, and black marked tears. Kinda like his. "Dad! I missed you so much! I-". He saw him holding his head begging for apologies. "Sorry, I was just a bit concerned of the past. Who are you again?". He asks as the skeleton's eye sockets widened. "Dad! It's me! Error!". Error says glitching out more than normal. "Oh! I remember you, you-". The god immediately clutched his arm and chest feeling himself glitch out. "Dad?". Error asked running to him into a hug. "I'm sorry, tell your mom I love her". He said in a croaky voice as he faded away.

"DAD!!!!".

"I love you my son".

Karma woke up immediately as he hugged himself, tears streamed down his face. 'I wish too see them again. I want my family back'. Karma thinks as he sobs hugging himself.

Crying and wailing from a baby were heard. Cross woke up as he tried to calm down Error. "What happened?!". Dust asks as Error kept crying nonstop. "I don't know! He seems to want something". Cross says as the group looked at each other. No one knew what to do. "Maybe he had a nightmare". Killer suggests making it the most reasonable thing. "No, that can't be". Nightmare says as the group saw him. "I would never allow nightmares for him, so there's something going on". Nightmare says by which the group tried to find a way to calm down the baby bones.

For some reason Soul woke up with a bad feeling in her chest. She walked downstairs as she saw Kammie and Foox awake as well. "Did you also felt it?". Foox asked as Soul nodded. The three of them sighed as they decided to go back to sleep.

"Wish? Did you felt that?". Hope asked as Wish nods. "He wants to see them so badly". Wish says as Hope looks at his sister. "He lost them! I just can't understand how can someone like Corruption be so-". "I know how it feels, even if he had to kill them and a lot of corrupted deities for the good. He did a great job". Hope explains as Wish have a laugh. "He sure was a destroyer, like Chaos joked long time ago". Wish giggled as Hope laughed.

Who could imagine Karma would be a Destroyer?
