Chapter 17. Outrage and Coronation (History Special Part 2/2)

Karma couldn't believe what he was staring at. Fate got stabbed by a corrupted deity. The Deity got hit and knocked down by Hope's tentacles while Fate began to excessively bleed and shiver. He immediately went and caught Fate. She was bleeding way too much and by which the corruption began to get in, a bit but with this state, they could easily kill her. Making her one of them. "Fate! P-Please! D-Don't-". "My time's up, isn't it?". Fate asked while Karma hugged her. "No! I'll save you! But please don't leave me!". He cried and begged while Fate laughed a bit, she immediately coughed as her eyes began to close. "Karma, I know you've always counted on me. But now that I'm about to leave, please...". Fate struggles while Karma just saw his friend in disbelief and sadness. Fate put her hand caressing Karma's cheek.

"Stay determined".

With that Fate's eyes closed and her hand loosened the strength making it fall to the ground. She was dead. The corruption went in causing Karma to leave the dead state of his friend. Karma began to cry, his tears dropped like it these were Waterfalls, but suddenly those clear tears became a dark substance that stained them and made them like permanent marks. The sclera of his eyes became dark and his expression was of pure anger. He could only say something when Luck and Mind got close to the body of Fate, trying to make it fight the corruption inside her physical form. "Karma?". Wish asks seeing how silent Karma went with his tears.

"YOU MURDERED HER!!!".

The scream that scared everyone and made them get shocked. It got them to fear more when Karma gilded from underneath his eyes. He pulled causing blue strings to come out. These wrapped all the SOULS or the known energy sources of all the corrupted deities. "Karma you made it! We can now-". Karma's actions weren't done yet. He immediately pulled the causing these to trigger and destroy them. That made most of the Teenagers be in shock. They heard the over million of corrupted deities from different parts and their family members being murdered. The corruption went into puddles while Karma saw Corruption dying. Corruption died causing everyone to celebrate. That's when Karma ran to Fate and tried to see if she was alright. "Karma calm down!". Wish tried to calm him down while someone way older came out. "What's going one here?". The older deity asked while she gasped in horror. "Health! We need help! We must save Fate before it's late!". Luck says seeing how the older picked up Fate's physical form. "All of you, go tell the others that they're safe". Heath orders while Luck and Karma went with Health towards her place.

"How did this happened?". She asks while Luck decides to explain. "The corruption just got her! She still has a chance! Right?". Luck inquires seeing how the others took Fate in, apparently she had to wait. Even Karma was walking back and forth worried. They heard some footsteps, they saw the other deities they get so along with get in. "How is she?". Mind asks realizing that Fate barely got in. "I'm concerned for her, because now checking those memories they said something-". That's when Wish cut off Memory from saying it. "At least we can have some sort of Hope". Hope himself said seeing his sister just kinda laugh and the unintended joke.

"How's the Magical stability?". Health asks seeing one of the helpers sigh. "It's a good state". She answered giving them the instructions of removing the corruption and killing it. "Let's all do this in a regular pace, we don't want the corruption to get her". Health adds while the corruption removal began.

{"Hello? Anyone here?". The female asks seeing a silhouette. "Hello there FATE". She says while the other turned her head. "W-Who are you?". Fate stutters while the other voice laughs and fades. Fate was confused until she began to listen to beeping.}

»The eyes of the female were getting swallowed by the corruption but Health's helpers managed to put her back to sleep to make it easier to remove it. "That was close". She said while the removal was going well.«
