Karmic Destiny [Current Hiatus/Rewriting]

Chapter 3. Emotions

Fate was focusing on Karma's actions ever since she got him in the cell. Apparently Karma never was trying to find a way out, instead he just sat there and answered questions Fate made like 'Are you okay?' Or 'How are you?'. This made Fate concerned on what did Destiny has done to Karma. Now don't get wrong on her, but she's VERY overprotective with Karma. She could do ANYTHING so they wouldn't mess up with him, her little bean couldn't suffer more.

Fate was on the balcony of her home which she deeply blushed as she sang a phrase of a song.

"I wanna ruin our friendship. We should be lovers instead. I don't know how to say this. Because you're my dearest friend".

"Ugh! You're singing THAT song?!". Luck asked as Fate turned to see her with an expression of disgust. "You know what I mean with that part of the song". Fate said making Luck sigh in relief. "Oh thank my momma and papa!". Luck shouted as Fate simply just stared at the universe through a portal. "You two are very close huh?". Luck asked by which Fate just saw her. "You were in my childhood!". Fate told as she closed to portal. "Yeah! But that doesn't mean I know EVERYTHING!". Luck whined as Fate heavily sighed. "What should we do about Karma? He seems not willing to leave". Luck asked by which Fate simply shrugged. "I don't know what happened in their relationship, but I can assure you Destiny won't be touching Karma EVER again". Fate asked as her eyes showed threat. "Well if you say so, I noticed how happy you were after you came out of the prison cell". Luck said while Fate looked at her friend, that was true. She was acting like a high school girl that has fallen in love or fangirling over some random famous boy.

"You remember the time we were all together?". Luck asks while Fate nods and let her memories flow.

"Does everyone know their part of the plan?". Fate asks as the rest of the major teen deities and participants nodded and began to analyze the plan again in case. "What do we do about him?". Mind asks worried, knowing his friend might not be capable of fighting. "Yeah! Isn't it better if he stays in the refuge with the others?". Memory asks as she received a glare from Fate herself. "He's valuable! We can't let them corrupt more of ours! As long as we can get them to surrender, there's still a chance!". Fate said with determination in her words. Health and the other healers assured them that. "I trust him! I'm just scared of the outcomes if he can't make it". Mind said shyly as Fate smiled at him. "I believe in him. He can do it". Fate said turning her head to see her friend. Which smiled back at her making Fate blush.

Fate touched her chest to feel the power of the necklace he gave to her. A heart shaped crystal. Sadly it was broken into two pieces, but he fixed it to two known pieces. One for Fate and the other one for him. Aside that, she knew emotions were a powerful thing. Destiny would never have that connection with him. She probably doesn't even know most of Karma's events because of her own worries. Aside that, she needs to now focus on how to deal with Destiny and Error. Most likely Destiny. Error is not a problem anymore, she found out Ink began to have a certain fondness with the babybones. It didn't made her feel disgusted, but relieved.

Error was reminding her too much of Karma, which made her think deeply and with a lot of concerns. Her emotions are making her doubt of the decisions she should choose. But for now, Karma's emotions are first after all.

She'll make him feel that known happiness again.
