Fearos being the capital and the army's centre of operations obviously had an upper hand over other cities. 'Rebel' was just a concept or term used to describe those people who were reprimanded for their crimes. Rebels to The She. Her principles.

It was just another calendar day when Larry and Davis summoned an urgent assembly which had 10 members, who take all vital decisions in Walbur. Larry addressed the council, "Gentleman, Fearos has been a pain in the ass recently, pardon me for my language, but for the past few weeks my blood pressure was escalated due to these grain brains sitting there with no vision for work in their lives, I think its time to take some serious and permanent decisions".

A gentleman rose up and said, "But Mr Hayden, don't you think it may cause some serious issues here at Walbur and in the Fearos-Walbur relationship". Larry answered, "To hell with Fearos now, we will think about the ramifications, but primarily we have to confront the Army and the people of Fearos. They don't give us the money on period and they expect us to maintain The Lordess She's tomb and be reasonable about the cost price for our goods and resources. I think they lost their reasoning. They expected The Lordess She to give them something, but on the contrary, she took their brains as a whole. Clever lady."

Davis broke his silence and said, "Sir, what Mr Hayden said is absolutely legit to the fund records. We are low on green bucks. We shall go to Fearos and confront them and you Mr Hayden you should take a day off or else your hot head will not solve the Lordess' tomb crisis, instead, you may end up in a grave. They won't hear anything negative about the Lordess She." Larry and Davis may not be equal in positions, but they did have a good friendship.

Larry concluded, "Yes Mr Davis, I may have gone too far, we will leave for Fearos the day after tomorrow, till then gentleman, gather pieces of evidence, which we shall present before the Army General and will show them their incompetency, I really need some rest, apologies".

Davis and other gentlemen left the City Office of Administration and Trade and began gathering evidence for the 'confrontation'. One gentleman, in particular, asked Davis, "Sir, I suggest you that we follow a code of conduct for our meeting with the Army General because we might say something, especially Mr Hayden, that may not land well and I am pretty sure I want my head in place".

Davis replied, "I see your point, which is very accurate, I assign you to make the mentioned code by today evening, I'll be meeting Mr Hayden for dinner, I'll tell him about this and the probability of us all coming back to Walbur in two parts, if we don't follow this.".
