LOVE the new uploading format. also, this chapter is soooo long. but i thought it had to be since i haven't been uploading in a while. sorry about that :V. also i have not edited this chapter yet because it was so long. so im sorry for typos and mis-wordings :(

Edit: i decided that one long-butt chapter was to daunting. so i took half and made it into a second chapter.

---------

Genevieve dreamed.

Her could feel the air against her cheeks, smell the damp earth under her feet, and hear the sounds as the wind run through the trees.

But she could not see. Her world was black before her eyes. She shivered in fear, tears swelling in her sightless eyes. See called out,

"Hello? Hello? S-Some one, please! Please help me! H-Hello?!"

Someone tapped her on the left shoulder.

Genevieve turned around sharply. "Hello? Who's there?"

A hand brushed her cheek.

Genevieve screamed and put both hands out in front of her, trying to grab hold of the mysterious person. She called about, "Hello? Please! Please help me!" the tears spilled onto her cheeks. Who was that?

A gentle laughed chimed out, making Genevieve jump. The laugh grew louder and louder, until she had to cover her hears to try and shut it out.

And then she felt a hand cover her mouth and she screamed.

"Quiet!" a voice hissed.

Genevieve opened her eyes and saw Zativa, giving her a mean look. "What," the witch asked, "where you dreaming about? By the Light, you're blubbering like a newborn."

She took her hand off of Genevieve's mouth and handed her a cloth. Genevieve took it and dried her eyes. It was still dark out, but she could see that dawn was almost upon them. Archer was lightly snoring somewhere to her left and the horses were nibbling on some grass. The embers of the fire glowed low and Zativa dumped water on them to finally put them out, then she tightened her maroon cloak around herself and looked down at Genevieve, with a hard expression on her face.

Finally, Genevieve said, "In my dream...I was blind. And someone was there with me but I didn't know who. They were...tormenting me..."

Zativa's expression hardened. Her eyes wandered from Genevieve's eyes to the horizon. Thinking.

Just then Archer got up abruptly, "Eh, what? Hmm? What's going on?" He yawned and stretched, then yawned once more and said, "Oh, it's almost dawn. We should get moving. Zativa, wake Genevieve."

"I'm already awake," she called and stood up, brushing herself off. She looked at Zativa, but when she made eye contact the witch turned and began to roll up her blanket.

Archer was too tired to notice the tension in the air. He yawned once more, "Ah, well. What's for breakfast then?"

Zativa made a witch light, then took in between her hands and flattened it. She took out dried meat and berries from her pack and then sent the witch light and then sent it over to Genevieve and Archer.
