Clueless

Chapter 10

After a long week, I was glad Friday afternoon is finally here. Kiana and I are on our way to the mall to pick out something to wear to tomorrow's party. I feel so bad letting her pay for a new outfit, including shoes.

"Can we go in here? I saw some shoes in here that I think I want to buy." Kiana says, pointing to the first shoe store we have walked past.

We walk in and I am immediately in show heaven, so many beautiful heals. Kiana picks out a pair of white heel type shoes, they are chunky but really pretty. They have two thick straps going across the top of the foot and another slightly thinner strap just above the ankle, they really are gorgeous.

While kiana pays for her new stunners, I have a look around the store and my eyes fall on the most beautiful pair of shoes I have ever seen. They are quite high, higher than anything I have ever worn, they are black and go just above the ankle and lace up, the heal is a very dark brown wood colour but it goes in really well with the shoe. Kiana comes up to me while I'm admiring these perfect shoes.

"Do you want those ones?" Kiana says to me.

"They're $75, a bit expensive, ill find something else." I reply, secretly hoping that she'll say it's okay. I actually feel so bad for saying this but, I really want her to buy me things, it's not that I don't feel bad, but who doesn't like free stuff? I know I do. Ill still question the price and whether I really need the item or not, but ill hope she says yes.

"Don't be silly, today is for us, everything is my gift to you." Kiana says to me.

"Thank you so much Kiana, love you." I reply.

"What are best friends for?" Kiana says.

We walk up to the counter and pay for my new beauties. We check out a few more shops, try on some clothes and I am still stuck on what I'm going to wear. Kiana has picked out a fluro pink/orange tight dress that suits her body so well, she looks so curvy and beautiful in it, and it goes so well with the shoes.

We head into one of the last stores we haven't looked yet, while I look at the tops, Kiana shows me a plain white skater skirt that I really like, but now it's just a matter of finding the right top. I surf through the enormous amount of dressy half tops to find a black, strapless, boob-tube-like half top that goes so well with my new white skirt and shoes. Everything kiana as bought me today has ended up costing $168, I am seriously so great full.

"Thank you so much kiana, you have no idea how much this means to me." I say.

"Anytime Remi, what time is it?"

"Almost 7."

"Shit it's getting late, wanna grab dinner then head back to mine?" Kiana asks me.

"Yeah sure, what are you thinking of getting?"

"Have you ever been to Shnitz?"

"No, what's that?" I ask.

"It's amazing, we'll go there, my shout."

"I really do love you."

"I know, and I love you too." Kiana says smiling, I'm so glad to have her as a bestfriend.

We head towards the Shnitz restaurant just outside the mall. So many beautiful things on the menu. Kiana and I decide on the same thing, chicken parma, chips and salad, yum.
