George sighed, rubbing a hand across his face. Thomas Jefferson was the CEO of Jefferson Inc. and was a fellow colleague to him.

But his annoying attitude had set George off years ago, and they never talked since.

Most of their business was dealt with through secretaries and phone calls. George sighed looking at Lafayette.

He didn't want that man anywhere near what was his. Lafayette stared at him, still confused by the encounter.

"I guess Mr. Jefferson knows about you now," George grumbled turning to sit in his chair.

Lafayette avoided talking to him about the man, since he clearly wasn't very fond of him.

"Sir. Are you alright?" He asked, nearing the desk once more.

"I'm alright Lafayette. You can go fetch lunch now," he said in a low voice.

Disappointed, Lafayette nodded turning to the door. This day had seemed to be all over the place.
