You Are Not Alone

He Is There

     Hello everyone. I don't really have anything for this week's article, but this scripture has been on my heart, and so I felt like I should share it with you.
    
     Remember, you are cherished. You are important. You are never, ever alone. You are loved, by the most important Being. Your Creator. The one who formed you in your mother's womb.
    
     Even when life seem like an endless pit that gets deeper and deeper, and it gets harder and harder to escape the thoughts and the pain that paralyzes you. God is there.

     When you feel so alone, that you can't bear it any longer. God is there.

     When the tears keep flooding. God is there.

     When the pain and trauma keeps flooding back. God is there.

     When the desire to die and end your own life comes. God is there.

     God is there. In every situation. In every circumstance. He is there. He is here. As you lay in your bed reading this, tears streaming down your face, God is there. Just talk to Him. He's there, waiting.

     I pray right now in the name of Jesus that His peace would wash over you right now, that His perfect peace would fill your mind and wash away every doubt, every pain, every thought of anxiety, everything thought of depression, every thought of suicide. I rebuke that thought that you aren't good enough, that you are pretty enough, that you aren't skinny enough, that you aren't smart enough. I rebuke every thought that the devil puts in your mind that tears you down, right now in the name of Jesus. God, fill their mind with thoughts of you.

     I pray against that thought that the enemy puts in your mind that you are unloved. You are loved!! You are cherished!! It doesn't matter what the people at your school think! It doesn't matter what your family thinks! What matters is what God thinks. And God thinks you are his perfect Creation.

     I love you all. I do. I have never met most of you, and I likely never will, but that doesn't mean that God can't place a burden on my heart for you. For that girl that is sitting in her bedroom, crying against the wall, begging the thoughts that plague her mind to leave. For the boy that is bullied day in and day out, and is starting to believe the lies that people pour into him. I am here for you. Each and every one of you that read this. You are loved. And I'm here for anyone, anyone, that just needs someone to talk to.

     It's funny how God just places a word in my heart and it just starts flowing out of me. I know that that is for somebody, and I hope it helps. I will still give you all the scripture that I was going to give you.

     Romans 8:35-39

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord
