Batman stared at the road in silence, Joker laying drugged in the backseat. He felt horrible but he had no other option. He tried to run, but if he did he would be unable to help him. With a sigh he glanced at the mirror, watching the clown breathe. He was so peaceful in his sleep. He barely realized how fast Arkham was approaching, too focused on Joker. Soon enough he had to get out, lifting the light man as careful as possible.

Joker slowly came to, vision blurry as he tried to make out his location. It was his cell... Batman had brought him back. He sat up only to be kicked back to the floor, whimpering as his head hit the ground. He could barely make out what was being said.
"...start putting him on a heavy sedative to get him to cooperate... lower the chances of him escaping... but keeping him locked up is our top priority."
Joker whined, hearing slowly returning. He felt exhausted, yelping as the back of his shirt was grabbed. He was dragged onto the cot, blinking to try and focus his vision.

Bruce sighed loudly, sitting on the bare bed, falling back into it when he felt how soft it was.
Joker would like this.
He thought with a smile. He had removed the closet and bathroom doors, the window replaced so Joker couldn't open or break it. He was making slow progress. He wanted Joker to be comfortable, not wanting to scare him or make him feel trapped. He stood up and grabbed a stepping stool, about to place the camera. He would monitor him from the Batcave, though he wanted to give him some privacy. It was installed in the corner next to the bed. With that done he headed downstairs, taking the removed doors with him.

Laughter filled the cell, laughter too familiar to the guards.
"Shut up!"
A kick to the stomach paused the laughter for only a minute.
"Batsy is gonna kick your asses."
The laughter continued, getting higher as he was grabbed off the floor.
"I'd like to see him try. He won't save you. He wasn't here last time! What makes you think this is any different!"
Joker grunted as he was tossed into the cot, a grin wide across his face.
"Oh trust me. You're gonna pay."
