"What are we going to do now? We can't just go to school, can we?" Johnny asked that same evening as he was laying in between multiple pillows on the ground of the guest room of Ten's aunt.

"Well, we could," the smaller guy, who was sitting next to Johnny, replied. "I think it's very dangerous, but we should give it a try. Maybe we find out about who sent those hunters to your house."

"We need to try, I agree. I don't want to put anyone in danger, though."

"Well, I think it's fine as long as we stay together. When we're there, we shouldn't leave each other's sides. Deal?"

"Deal."

"Great, I'll inform my aunt, then. We should come back here after school, though," Ten informed as he got up to go to his aunt's room.

"Let's do this."

----

"I have never been that nervous just because of school," Johnny whispered to Ten as they were standing in front of the huge building. They had 15 minutes left before class started, and the night hadn't been the best, both due to the recent problems and the time difference between Thailand and Korea.

"Me neither," Ten replied before taking Johnny's hand and walking towards the gate. Johnny could feel the energy radiating off Ten's hand and immediately felt better. Perks of being with a willpower warlock.

----

Class was pretty normal. It was as if nothing had happened during the past 18 hours. Everyone ignored Johnny as they always did, except for the few weird glances and remarks about him people thought he couldn't hear. He was still one of the best students in class, even at the whole school, the teachers still liked him and he ate his lunch in the far corner of the cafeteria.

There was a huge difference, though.

Ten was always with him.

People seemed to notice it. Johnny, the tall smart student without friends and the new kid from overseas that couldn't speak proper Korean hanging out together all the time.

Johnny felt as if he was a lost sheep in the middle of powerful wolves.

"It's all fine, sure, people stare, but they won't bother for long," Ten said during lunch break, carefully observing Johnny, who was busy avoiding the other students' eyes.

"I'm not used to this," he whispered back, sounding insecure. They hadn't known each other for long, hell, barely even for a day, and Ten knew Johnny was shy, but he definitely wasn't insecure.

"Don't worry, I got this," the smaller one of then consoled him, then left the table and crossed the cafeteria. He was heading towards one of the people who had spoken to him the day before; Taeyong.

When he arrived at the table Taeyong and his friends were sitting at, Ten spoke up: "You, meet me today after school in front of the gates. Alone." Then, he returned to Johnny.

"What was that about?! There's even more attention on us now!" Johnny whisper-yelled as Ten came back. "Well, the attention is on Taeyong and me, not on you. I told you I got this," he smiled.

Johnny just sighed and hid his face behind his hands, causing Ten to break into a fit of giggles.

"Why him, though?" Johnny asked quietly after some minutes.

"He's a vampire."

Johnny almost spat out the water he was drinking.
