Kun and Jaehyun woke up to excessive knocking on the door. It was around two in the morning and they expected it to be the hunters. So, they got up, trying to not make any noises and also not turning the lights on. They slowly approached the front door, one always looking behind them, and as they finally reached the door, they heard a voice:
"Please let me in!"
They both recognized the voice as Jisung's, and immediately opened the door. There was, in fact, Jisung standing, completely disheveled, eyes wild and spots of his skin and clothes were stained with dried blood, except for a wound above his right eyebrow that was still bleeding.
He wasn't alone though.
Standing behind him, holding a knife to his throat, was someone Kun had never expected to be there.
Mark Lee.
"I'm really sorry, guys, but I need you two to accompany us if you want to get out of here as alive as possible. If you don't comply.. well, that might not end well for your little friend here."
Jaehyun and Kun exchanged glancing, communicating silently, before nodding at Mark and stepping out of the house.
"Don't do that," Jisung whined, not wanting his best friends, his family, to get hurt in any way.
"Weapons down, close the door and leave it unlocked," Mark instructed sternly. The two complied, lowering their weapons to the ground and letting go of them, Jaehyun closing the door. Jisung tried to convince them to turn around and run, but Mark wasn't having any of this.
"Be quiet or I'll personally shut you up!"
Then, two other hunters stepped out from the shadows, securing Jaehyun and Kun each. They recognized them as Yuta and Taeil.
To say that the supernaturals were shocked was an understatement.
"Search them for more weapons and then let's go," Mark icily said, and the hunters got to work immediately. Kun and Jaehyun were really uncomfortable and squirmed a bit, but it helped nothing.
"Look at that, a phone and a call is connected," Yuta said smugly, pulling the phone out of the hidden pocket of Jaehyun's pants. He had called Johnny before they checked the door in case something should happen so the others were informed. He hoped the guys could figure it out and come to help them soon.
"Give it to me," Mark ordered, reaching for the phone, which Yuta gave to him. "Johnny, hm.. No, that would be inconvenient," Mark mumbled, letting the phone fall to the ground harshly, stepping on it before picking up the remnants so nobody would find it later on.
"Too sad your little secret safety method had to be found out about. Let's go, guys!"
Mark, Taeil and Yuta led the unwilling guys to a huge black van neither Kun nor Jaehyun had noticed before, but right as they were about to close the door, a storm-like wind swung it back open.
"Let them go!"
Yuta tried again to close the door, but another wind held it open, multiple figures approaching.
"I told you to let them go," Johnny said sternly in a deep voice, and it was bringing shudders above Kun. The other guy was usually very soft-spoken and gentle, and seeing Johnny like that, stern and danger visible in his eyes really had Kun contemplating his image of his friend.
Before anyone could reply, though, Ten unleashed his magic, trapping the hunters in the van in place with a powerful spell; they couldn't move anymore, just talk, they were basically frozen in time. The hostages used that change to make a beeline out of the car and towards their friends.
Still, they had forgotten that people with powers of any sort could still use them even without moving, in case their bodies weren't changing like a werewolf's.
So, they were quite surprised as a wave of flames came blasting out of the car, setting it on fire.
