The sun was almost setting it gave off a beautiful orange and red hue across the sky. I heard children feet stomping across the concrete angry about leaving I felt parents starting at me like I needed help. I've been walking in circles in my neighborhood so many times I had lost count and I had forgotten why I was walking. Oh right, 'my parents'. I closed my eyes reliving their screams earlier.

"YOU ARE A WORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!" Christina yelled so loud I thought my neighbors were going to file another report of the disturbance. Again.

"HA LIKE YOU ARE ANY BETTER YOU SIT ON YOUR ASS AND STAY ON YOUR PHONE TWENTY FOUR SEVEN !!!' my dad snapped back.

I was in the next room covering my ears the best I could to block out the noise of glass breaking. Didn't work out well. I ran across to my tiny closet grabbed my bag and shoved a couple of jeans and shirts and some undergarments. I had to get away from this as soon as possible. I was going to stay at my best friend Elizabeth's house for a while until things simmer down here. I ran as fast as I could from them I heard Christina called out "AND WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING YOU STUPID-" I didn't even let her finish till I slammed the door shut and started walking away from the hell hole of a house.

I opened my eyes wiping a tear away from my cheek I have no Idea why it still affects me. This has been my life since I was ten there was no changing, no moving on. So why even bother. "God I am an idiot" I whispered softly shaking my head.

I turn to see every kid had left from my park I walk to an old rusty swing and sat I heard creaking as a sat down. I kicked the gray and black pebbles on the floor. I had no idea how long I have been at the park but next thing I knew it was pitch black only a small shine from the moon cover with a light fog, and the dull streetlights.

I jumped a little when I heard a groggy voice I turn to see a man walking side to side he looks wasted and by the dull sunlight, I saw it a large caramel colored beer bottle. I shot up out my seat and turn about to go straight to Elizabeth's.

Then I heard "HEY BABY GIRL COMEBACK HERE I WANT SOME ENTERTAINMENT,a" he said.

I started to shake feeling goosebumps go all over my body and my palms getting all sweaty and slimy. His voice seemed so close I turned to see the man in front of me he had shaggy hair and deep cold blue eyes and was about 5'10 and had a scar on his left brow that is all I could make out from the dull street lamp my best guess that he was around his twenty's. Then I felt his rough and heavy hand across my neck and the strong stench of alcohol hit my face "Oh You are a pretty one" he whispers the other hand on my waist I tried to wiggle out of his grasp but it only seemed to turn him on.

"Oh Yeah, baby, that's it," he said rubbing me against his erection. I heard my bag fall to the floor. I started to punch him everywhere I could then he said "DONT FIGHT IT STUPID SLUT!!!" then I felt his knee slam into my ribs I cried out. Then I felt a heavy hand on my right cheek it was stinging so bad I felt a drop of tear fall from my left eye then I felt his pointer finger around my jean zipper I screamed again. Then another slap came. An another. An another. I felt Blood on my bottom lip. I couldn't hold it anymore I cried so much tears falling everywhere.

I heard my zipper unzipping I was panicking even more I kept pushing him off as best as i could. But he was to strong for me. To strong for me to attack him then I yelled one more time "HELPPPPPPP-"

Then I heard it.

The one thing that could save me from this horrible nightmare.

Police sirens.
