Depressed Karaoke (Strange)

         You it in your chair looking into the mirror. A deep frown found its way onto your lips a while ago. You have been depressed for the the past week. You and your boyfriend of eleven long months broke up, Stephen Strange. He was the best thing that happened to you and you hoped he felt the same, but that all crumbled to shit whenever he broke up with you. You didn't know why, because he never explained no mater how hard you tried to get answers out of him.
     You didn't fall into the habit of drinking or drugs for the fear you wouldn't be able to stop. Addiction has always scared you. Your parents fell into addiction of drugs and it messed your childhood up, because of it. You swore you would never fall into the same pattern they did, but it has been so hard lately. Images of your mother drinking her problems away frequently played over in your head everytime you seen a bottle of alcohol. She made it look so normal that it tempts you today, but you try to be stronger then her.
     You let out a deep sigh and stand up brushing your nice clothes off. You are going to a karaoke night with the team. Natasha and Tony, surprisingly, agreed that you need to get back out there. In the swarm of men and women to find your perfect match, but that fact of the matter is that you don't want anyone but him. On your third date with him you knew he was the one, but apparently he didn't feel the same.
    Again you sigh and shake your head, attempting to rid your mind of thoughts of him. 'You aren't going to get over him if you keep thinking about him,' you think and pull on your shoes; heading to the karaoke bar. Once you get to the bar filled with your teammates, Natasha walks up to you and places a hand on your back whispering supportive words of encouragement. You let what she says sink in and shake your arms out. "I can do this," you whisper to yourself and Natasha smiles softly at you. As the rest of your friends see you they let out 'whoops' and wolf whistles. A smile tugs at your lips and you blush softly.
     "My favorite partly pal is back baby!" Tony yells causing you to laugh. God, you missed these idiots. "Alright you is ready to start this karaoke party?" Tony asks standing up with a martini in his hand. A few of the members begin to chuckle starting to get into it. "Nobody? Fine if you insist I'll go first," He says and shoots the crowd a wink. Steve rolls his eyes and boos causing a few member to crack up. "Don't make me come down the spangles," Tony chuckles and begins to type some stuff into the machine.

   "Oh my god. Becky look at her butt. It is so big. She looks like one of those rap guys girlfriends, but uh you know uh who understands those rap guys. They only talk to her, because she looks like a total prostitute, okay?"
   
   Immeaditly have the team starts cheering as Tony begin to mock the women. On the other hand you start to crack up laughing.
     "I like big butts and I can not lie! You other brothers can't deny, when a girly walks in with an itty bitty waist and it rounds up in your face you get sprung!"  You start yelling from the crowd to the lyrics to Tony and a wide smile cracks up on his face. He continues the rap walking around the small stage, trying to hype up the crowd. "I wanna get you home and UGH! double up, UGH UGH!" He sings and pumps his hands up and down. "Baby got back. Yeah baby," Tony says and points to you and sends you a playful wink. You begin to laugh and do a gun shot motion to him. He starts chuckling while rapping.
    After he finishes his song, Clint and Bruce get on stage and sing Drift away  by Uncle Kracker. During the chorus of their song they waved the crowd and the crowd responded with the slow swinging of the arms in the air.
      They finish and Natasha, You, and Wanda get on stage and sing Waterfalls by TLC. You all earned plenty of 'whoops' and cheers. You start swaying side to side and motioning your arms at your sides, getting lost in the music. "Don't go chasing waterfalls. Please stick the rivers and the lakes that you're used to. I know you're going have your way or nothing at all, but I think your moving to fast." You sing and hold your mic close. You could feel your spirits lighten as your friends sing with you. Natasha starts singing the rap and you cheer her on and she begins to laugh.
      Soon after you finish, Thor and Loki get up and sing It's Tough To Be a God by Kenneth Branagh and Kevin Kline. The pair of Gods singing the song cracked you up beyond noise, because first you never thought you'd see either of them sing. Second, Loki wore a bitch face the entire song, obviously not wanting to be there. Thirdly, Thor was enjoying himself a bit too much. He threw his arm around Loki's shoulder, who's frown grew ten times.
