Chapter 24a - Vacay Day 2

Speaking of energy?
I'm overflowing.

Dahil ako ang gumawa ng itenirary for this 3 days vacation, sa akin nanggagaling ang call time namin. And today morning is a separate 'we' time of boys and girls.

Well, it's a stategy of mine para makapag-enjoy talaga kami ni besh Denise.

I remembered everyone's reaction last night bago kami pumasok lahat sa assigned rooms namin.

"May girl and boy bonding talaga?" Jacob

"Is it necessary? Bakit kailangan bubukod pa kayo?" Troy

"Oo nga. Bakasyon naman natin ito kaya natural lang na we're together everytime." Luke

While Pat look at me with a questioning look.

"Wag kayong clingy. It's only 3hrs. May mga trip kasi kami ni Denise that you'll find boring. Samantalahin na rin ninyo para makabili tayo ng souvenirs. Right  besh?" I look at Denise then wink

"Yeah." Denise nod

I saw Pat smile then nod.
Troy sigh, then Luke and Jacob shrugged their shoulders.

"Just call us whatever happens." Pat

I gave them a thumbs up.

After naming magbreakfast ay agad naming sinimulan ni Denise ang 3hrs free time namin without the 4 monkeys. Kidding. 😉

"Besh, bili tayo nitong friendship bracelet. C'mon try mo itong pink then sa akin naman iyong green."

"Green na lang sa akin." Denise

"Nah. Magpapalit talaga tayo kulay. You'll wear my fave and ako naman sayo." I smile triumphantly dahil napailing nalang si Denise

"Besh?"

Naglalakad na kami ngayon sa may tabing dagat habang kumakain ng halo-halo.

"Hmm?"

"Kung walang fiancée si Pat, at liligawan ka niya, would you give him a chance?" I asked

Denise look at me then pout.

"Bakit mo naman naitanong iyan?"

"Curious lang ako. Diba, may something naman talaga kayo before?" I added then tumigil ako sa paglalakad at piniling maupo sa buhangin facing the sea.

Buti nalang di pa kataasan ng araw kaya okay pang magunwind ng ganito.

Naupo na rin sa tabi ko ang bff ko.

"That something turns to nothing right there and then Faith. End of the story." Denise

"Is it because of Jacob?" Tanong ko pa

Siguro nahahalata na ninyo no?
Well, this is part of my plan. I wanted to talk to my Besh to gage whatever idea I have in my mind. I'm not Denise bestfriend for nothing kung hindi ko kilala ang bestfriend ko. I'm not a pushy, but I'm kinda eye opener.

"Faith. That's a very old story."

"Nagtatanong lang naman ako. Tagal na nating di nagkakausap nang ganito eh."

"I see. So, this is "girls we time" bonding all about?" Denise

"Kind off." then I laugh

Denise sigh. "Faith, you know that I love Jacob. But not that kind of love a woman feel for a man. I was infatuated before. But then again, it was all in the past."

"Okay. I believe you naman eh. So, if it's not Jacob, then who?" I look at Denise

At kitang-kita ko na natigilan ito bago kunot-noong bumaling sa akin.
