November, 10th: evening

It was 5:37 p.m. in Detroit and Connor and Hank came back to the Detroit Police Department to write a report about the case they got two hours ago. One of the tenants heard strange noises in the appartment above him and told this the owner of the building.
It turned out that this appartment wasn't rented. The tenant who reported it saw a man who was trying to hide a LED. So Connor and Hank had to drive there and look what was wrong.

„It's all my fault that we didn't get him... I was too slow" Connor said to Hank. His voice was filled with self-doubt and Hank noticed it.
„You didn't get him because of me, Connor" Hank told him calm and a thankful look.
„You saved my life. If you didn't help me I could have died today" Hank continued, trying to comfort him as soon as he walked into the DPD to his desk. Connor followed him slower and looked through the big room, watching his surroundings. As the two arrived to their desks they prepared everything to write the report. Hank took out a blank sheet for reports. Connor wanted to begin to say the informations until someone called Hank.

„Lieutenant Anderson, in my office!" The captain, Jeffrey Fowler, shouted. Hank blew out a deep breath and closed his eyes for a moment.
„Connor... Could you please get me a coffee while I'm in Captain Fowlers office?" Hank asked the android in front of him.
„Sure, Lieutenant" Connor replied and stood up, walking ahead to the break room and Hank went to fowlers office.

As Connor entered the break room, a male voice resounded.
„Look! There is the tin can which is working with Anderson" the male laughed with a female policeman.
Connor turned around and looked at a man with short brown hair and blue eyes. He wore a dark red jacket which was thin, blue jeans and a dark dark shirt. Connor decided to ignore him but the male went to him.
„Hey tin can, I'm talking to you" he said a bit aggressive. But Connor didn't response.
„I don't know your model... RK 800...What are you?" He asked sarcastic.
„I'm a prototype" Connor responsed.
„A prototype!" The brown haired male called out, then looked to the female policeman.  „Android detective!" He continued.

„Bring me a coffee, dipshit" he demanded but Connor refused.
„I'll only obey when Lieutenant Anderson demands something" Connor explained him, looking cool to the male in front of him.
„Ohh" this one responsed with a quiet laugh. But then he hit Connor into the stomach and he slumped to the ground.
„If a human demands you something, you have to do it!" The male shouted aggressively. But then he scared up.

„Detective Gavin Reed... Back off him or I'll rip you apart into thousand of lil' pieces..." A male voice resounded with a quiet growl. Connor heard footsteps and noticed that someone was standing  in front of him. Perhaps trying to protect him. As Connor looked up he saw a big hole in a leather jacket which reminded him on someone from yesterday next to the highway. Gavin gasped shocked and stepped back a bit.
„Y-you're still alive?!" Gavin said quiet with a shakey voice.
„Did you thought otherwise, Reed?" He growled.
„You were suddenly gone for two years, Pete!" Gavin shouted out with a higher voice.
„Keep your air, Reed... You'll need it when I'm finished with you!" Pete stepped closer to Gavin and Gavin stepped back.
„Hitting an innocent android, huh? Where are you balls, Gavin... Where are they?! Fight like a man and fight against me!" Pete shouted, a deep snarl came up his throat and stepped closer to Gavin. Reed soon was standing against the wall.
„Pete you prick! You're also an android!" He shouted, his knees were shivering.

Connor recognized the voice and looked up to them.
„Lil' P.?" He asked quietly and Gavin looked shocked to Connor then to Pete.
„You two know each other?! He knows your nickname?!" Gavin shouted.
„Pete! Leave Gavin alone" the female policeman demanded and Pete took two steps back.
„Fine, Tina..." He replied, keep staring at Gavin with a gaze which says more than thousands words could. Gavin began more to shiver.
Connor watched the whole scene, trying process everything the whole thing. The guy who presented himself as Lil' P. was actually named Pete?
He stood up and slowly went to them, putting his hand on Pete's shoulder and Pete looked at him.
„You're name isn't Lil' P.?" Connor asked.
„This is his nickname, tin can!" Gavin answered Connor aggressively but got quiet again after Pete gave him a stare that could kill him when it were possible.
