Major hc: Alfred still writes his name like a child so his president or government usually signs his papers for him. He refuses to sign it any other way.

"All vight hand in all thoze paperz I gave out lazt meeting." America looked at all of his and found one unsigned so he quickly wrote down his signature and hands it in. When Germany looks over all the papers he paused at Alfred's.
"America. Your papers have two different signatures. For some reason, I can feel like you signed this one." Ludwig shows the name Alfred in such sloppy form with a star for an A and little fireworks around it.
England looked like he was about to pass out. "Sorry, dude! My prez isn't here to do my fancy signature so I had to put the real thing down."
"America. You can not believe I vill except thiz." Alfred looked offended. "You will! It would be too much a headache to make me change it!" Right he was, but for the wrong reason.
"Ve~ Does that mean I can add pasta to mine?"
"Absolutely not."
