Chapter 14: Uncovering The Truth

( Christina's POV)

I woke again for the second time.......Fuck man I dumb I could've died.
"Mmmmmmmmm" I hear coming from close by.
" Sam?"
"No mom five more minutes it's not lunch time" Sam said I can tell she shifted cause I heard rocks move.

" No Sam it's Christina we trapped in a cave and gonna die can you wake up" I said flatly.
" Wow that was the worst way to wake up" I heard Sam say while coughing.

"Are you under anything" I asked her.
"No but I can't see anything" She said moving her arms around.
" Look For my bag I have a flashlight looked to the side." I said.

Oh crap I forgot I have a tiny flashlight on my keys. I reached into my pocket pulling them out and flashing it around to guide Sam to by bag.
"I found it" she said reaching in before pulling it out and flashing it in my eyes seeing what's on me.

" Man just help me move these off" I said motioning her over.

"On the count of three"
"One"
"Two"
"Three"

As we threw off the last few of my pants and my bags we got up looking around and dusting ourselves off.

"Do you still have your phone"  I asked her .
"Mine died" I quickly added.

" yeah buts gonna die I have enough for one phone call". Sam said sadly.

" Man do you think Chris has his on him" I said before reading something.

"CHRIS!!!" We said in unison.

" Holy shit call his phone and let's hear for it" I said and she pulled out her phone dialing his number.

"Vvvvvvvvvvv"

I hear it vibrating over here" Sam said pointing to a large pile of rocks.

"I hope he's ok" I said going over trying to throw off all the rocks I could at one time.
" Do you see him anywhere" Sam said as she threw a big rock of the pile.

" I see his hand!!!!" I said as I kept digging.
"It's attached to him right" Sam said a little scared.

" Yes dummy hurry and help me" I said as she got next to me throwing off the remaining boulders and rock clusters off of Chris.
" Is he breathing?" I asked.

" Yes but it's real shallow" she said as she reached to go find water from her bag.
As she's about to pour water on him I stop her.

"Wait" I said

" Why" she asked looking over at me.

" I have something that will wake him up" I said before going over to my bag. Hopefully it's still in tact...... yes I found it.

"How did you manage to not break that" Sam said looking over down at what's in my hand.
" It's a small Jar" I said smiling.

"It's a fucking pickle jar!"

"Whatever just scooch over" I said before opening the jar and putting it under his nose.
We wait a few moments...... his nose it's twitching!!

" Oh thank Jesus" I said eating one of the pickles.

As he coughs ands spits out some blood he turns and says..
" How did you manage to keep that in tact" Before he coughed again.

" I don't know man" I said putting the jar away.
" Where's your phone" I asked
" Right here where's yours" He asked.

"Dead" we both replied.
