I think I am slowly starting to actually realize that you can take as many vitamins as you want to, do the best exercises and eat as clean as you want to, but if your heart is aching, your psyche is going down and your mental state of mind is just getting worse overall, you're not healthy whatsoever.
Even if you're not doing your daily workout and drinking your protein-shakes, if you have a stable and strong mentality, you'll be so much happier.Take care of yourself. 💗
