Joe's POV
Yawning and stretching, I wake to a cry. I jump out of bed and walk over to my one year old daughter's cot.
I suppose I should give you a back story.
I'm Joseph Sugg and I'm twenty two years old.
I have a one year old daughter called Mya, she is my whole world.I'm a single parent to Mya. Her mother, who I will not name, didn't want her.
I'll go back a bit....
So, I had a long term girlfriend who I'd been with since I was eighteen. Who I loved very much. Or at least I thought I did. She clearly didn't.When I was twenty one she told me she was pregnant, and being the gentleman I am, said I'd stick by her.
Little did I know she didn't want the baby. She had supposedly got pregnant to ruin my career and life, to trap me. So when Mya came along she told me the truth, leaving me a single parent at twenty one.
But bad for her, because it's done the complete opposite. I've got an amazing career, great friends, an amazing daughter and a house I love. That I bought with my own money.
I have no idea where she is living and to be quite honest I don't really care.
I Co-own a management company with one of my best friend's Caspar. Margravine Management. It's a company where we take on different types of people. And ages ranges. They can be doing videos for YouTube, Make up, Photography and Music. Those sorts of things.
We currently have:
Sofia and Cinzia.
Mikey Pearce.
Mark Ferris.
Glam By Flo. Who is the youngest one, and the newest.
Elle Next Door.
Byron Langley.
And Anna Maynard.
But our business is ever growing. Not much to my story to be honest.
I take Mya out of her cot, cuddling her into me.
''Morning my gorgeous girl.'' I coo, placing kisses on her belly causing her gorgeous laugh to echo through the room.
I had a day off today, so I figured I'd take Mya out for something to eat. I texted Caspar, to see if he and the rest of the Buttercream gang fancied a day out.
Joe: Fancy a lads plus Mya day?
CaspEr: Sure. I'll message the others, you get mini Sugg ready and I'll meet you at the Ivy.
Joe: Alright dude. Gimme about an hour?
CaspEr: Sure. See ya in a bit.
I dress Mya in this:
Before I add a pink hair clip, and grab her car seat as we make our way to the lads.
....
I parked the car, before getting Mya out. ''Do you want to walk or pushchair, my little princess?'' I ask.
She lifts her arms up for me to carry her. I laugh, lifting her up and carrying her inside.
''Aww look its Mini Sugg.'' Josh smiles as I sit down.
''Here's your highchair, sir.'' The waitress flirts with me.
''Thank you.'' I smile. She was cute.
I place Mya into the highchair, giving her some food as we order.
''So any word from you know who?'' Jack asks.
''Ha! You're kidding right? I won't be seeing her ever again.'' I laugh, shaking my head. ''What type of mother doesn't want her own child?''
''Well its her loss, because one: she is your double. And two: she's missing out on life. You've raised her so well.'' Caspar says.
''Thank, dude. I like to think I'm doing a good job. It's hard at times, the older she gets, she's bound to ask where her Mum is. What do I tell her then?'' I say.
''Don't worry about that just yet. Cross that bridge when you get to it.'' Josh says.
''You're right. I'll cross that bridge when I need to. Right now, little munchkin is my main priority.'' I say, hearing her laugh. ''What you laughing at us for, you little munchkin?'' I say making a funny noise, as she laughs.
(skip to 6:20 to see that cute part. Or watch the whole thing.)
''Enjoy your food, handsome.'' The waitress flirts, passing my food across, as she passes me her number.
''Oooo Suggy has pulled.'' Caspar chuckles.
''Shut uppp.'' I blush, as I chuckle.
''Are you going to call her?'' Conor asks.
''I don't know yet.'' I admit. ''I'm not sure if I can trust anyone yet, not so soon.''
''Fair enough. But she's hot.'' Josh smirks.
I just shake my head. But he wasn't wrong. I'm too focused on work and Mya at the moment to think about seeing anyone.
....
''Thanks for a good day, lads. We need to do this again.'' I say. ''I'm going to get this one home, she needs a nap. Don't ya, monkey?'' I tickle her. She laughs, but the yawns.
''Alright, get home safe, Joe.'' Jack says.
''I will. Catch you all later.'' I say.
I arrived home. I snuggled Mya into me, as she fell asleep. I take her upstairs, and place her gently into her cot. Turning the baby monitor on, I leave the door open ajar as I head back downstairs.
I was off again tomorrow, too. So I was taking her to a soft play center, so she can let off some energy, and hopefully make some friends.
I really worry about her, she's very shy and hasn't made many friends yet. But I guess I haven't taken her to too many places for her to make friends.
We shall see tomorrow what she is like.
