UNBREAK MY HEART

Chapter 6

I slowly stood my self up from the room and went to my bedroom.I silently took my monarch and started packing all my clothes that could fit in im monarch luckiky it was huge i had to pack all mh coats and warm clothes.After i was done i cleaned my room packed everything on to its place .After i was done i hid my monarch under the bed i didnt want anyone to suspect anything.And i sat down on my bed and listened to the voices from the other room.My mom was angry it was very clear.

"You see what i told you Daddy's  girl  daddy's girl now look at what shes done..she has disgraced you Patrick and all you going to do is sit there and say nothing huh..be a man  Patrick okae man up''my mom shouted,I couldnt believe my mom said those words to my dad.i mean i knew they fought very often but to those extents i didnt know

'Honey what do you want me to do.Tell her to kill the baby like what you just did huh..no thats horrible.i cant beat her shes pregnant ill hurt the baby'' my dad said in his low voice trying to reason with my mom

''Baby.?!what baby whose baby,,huh..whose thing is she carrying.Who ever is the owner i dont want that thing inside my house you hear.You and your little princess are going to figure out what to do if she refuses to go and abort tomorow,!!"

I listened quietly and realised i had enough of her words i got into my blankets and figured this was going to be my last night in here. A knock came on the door and i was scared to face the wrath of my mom again.'come in"i said and my dad came in .My heart pained seeing the state i had put him in,,hes shoulders were dropped,He no longer had the full stride he always had.It looked like my confession had made him age 5 years older.I tried to blink the tears away at the realisation of the things i had caused.

'Hey princess'' i forced a smile at  17 i was still his princess but now i didnt know i still deserved that title

'' Dad im so sorry'' i began he told me to keep quiet
'Aydie mistakes happen and i have to admit im really disapointed in you and i dont want pry and force you to tell me what caused that to happen but im sure we can work thinbs out' he said sounding like the reasonable calm dad i always knew

''But dad what about Mom'' .He looked at me with eyes that showed defeat and sighed " She will come around princess she will come around'' he said patting my back although we both knew that that would take years to happen

I nodded okay and forced a smile.'Well princess you have to get some sleep i dont want you to harm my grandchild"he chuckled .It seemed weird my dad was going to be a grandpa at 48 wow.As he turned away i said'' Umm Dad..can i have some money i want to buy some clothes for the baby". He didnt hesitate to put out his wallet and gave me 500dollars ..i silently laughed and thought surely men think clothes are that expensive.I smiled and said thank you.Then he paused.."Wait how do you know the gender of the baby what if you buy clothes of the opposite gender".I smiled at him
'Dont worry Dad ill just buy neutral colours ..and by next week ill be knowing if its a boy or girl im going for a scan with Theo"he nodded and said Goodnight i replied him and he left.

A sad thought filled me this was the last time my dad will be saying Goodnight to me in this room.Little did he know that the moneh i asked him i wanted to pay rent for the apartment i had got online.I sighed to myself amd texted Theo of my plans and then fell asleep..
