Papa Snart ain't so smart!

Maya's POV
I fluttered my eyes open, seeing that I was in an empty room. I was confused to why I was here until it came back to me. I was kidnapped. I tried to tie my hands free but they were tied together. "Well, well, well if it isn't the hero." Sand Demon said waking around me. "How are you doing?"

I hate it when villains try to make small talk with you. Who's going to want to speak to you when you basically kidnapped them? Not me. I should of called Will. Then there was a breeze making me sigh in relief. "Is that you Flash?" He said aloud.

I roll my eyes at him then hear a different voice. "I came quite a distance." I try to turn and catch a glimpse of a man in maroon and a helmet. Who is that? I think it's Jay. After thinking he was dead, Jay obviously proves him wrong. Jay tries to get him to let me go but was told that 'if I'm touched I go boom'. Wait what? I look to see a bomb under my chair. Oh no, I'm going to die, I whine to myself in my head.

Jay punches him as his face turns to sand making me laugh out loud but quickly close my mouth due to him starting to beat up Jay. Oh damn. Then I saw a blur, thank goodness Barry was here. Late but here. He grabs me and lifts me off as we fly in the air and land on the ground. "Whew, thanks Barry. That was a close one." I sigh making my brother shake his head. I'm surprised I didn't knock out. Sand Demon then starts choking Jay with his sand hand. That's not good.

I glanced at the sand on the floor and grab it. What can destroy sand...then it hit me. "Barry, you have to throw a lightening bolt at him." I said as Barry looked at me confused. "Remember that movie I always watched with Reece Witherspoon and she was in Alabama and wanted to divorce her ex-"

"Get to the point!" He said frustrated.

"Okay okay, jeez." I roll my eyes then speak, "Lightning turns sand into glass. If you hit him with lightening, he'll turn to glass." I finish making Barry tell Cisco. He tells me to back up as I do and he runs in a circle, gathering up all the energy and throwing a bolt at him causing him to fly and land on the floor broken. Wow, it actually worked.

Last night, we discussed what happened and of how Zoom wants to destroy Barry by being the best. This was all too much. I was sitting at my office at CCPD, looking at all the paperwork on my desk with my hand against my head. Then there was a slam on my desk causing me to jump 10 feet in the air. "Care to explain what happened yesterday?" Will asked, clearly upset of how I just left him yesterday. What a heavy hand he has. Also, speaking of yesterday I actually didn't leave, I got kidnapped.

"If you want me to apologize for abandoning you then fine; I am sorry, your 'majesty'." I chuckle at the last part since his last name was King. I had to, it was going to come out sooner or later.

He rolls his eyes. "Haha, hilarious." He said with sarcasm. "Where did you go?" He asked. I couldn't be serious with his accent. It was so heart felt. Maybe because I've always had a thing British guys.

He was still waiting for my reply as I sigh. "Yesterday was troubling for me." I said but he seemed to want more information. "It has to do something with my past that I did not want to be brought up." I said scratching the top of my head.

"Explains why you ran out here like a bloody maniac." He exaggerated making me roll my eyes. "Anyway, our case is done. It turns out our meta friend hasn't shown up. Must of disappeared." He said, shrugging.

"Or died." I mumble for only myself to hear. He looks at me and I stand up. "Singh assigned us another case. But we will have to receive it later." I state and then we both nod and get up to leave. I informed him that I would let him know when he had to be here due to me being here the longest than Will. Central City is what I mean.

I was getting up to leave and got a text from Barry telling me to go meet at Jitters. So I do what the text says and head over there. Once I enter I see him talking to Patty making me feel uncomfortable. They both notice me and I walk towards them, mainly Barry. "Hey, did you want anything?" My brother asked but I simply shake my head. "Okay then. I'll be back and after that we can leave." He said and went in the line.
